Exceptional place to stay!
Pros:

Perfect Location and great value for Money in HCMC
Pros:

the hotel is tucked away in an alley in the middle of Ho Chi Minh City. so,the noise level was very minimal, almost none.
But then you step away from the hotel and turn one street and everything is super close. you can walk everywhere.
the room is comfortable and quiet and the staff are helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

I think the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. it was not a big deal as I disinfect everything anyway but I wished they had given it a good scrubbing after each guest.

La chica nos permitió ducharnos incluso despues de haber hecho el check out. Muy maja y agradable en todo momento. Las habitaciones limpísimas.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous donnez une sur booking aussi élevé, ma chambre était borgne, exiguë, pas de chaîne internationale sur la tv, un spot comme éclairage dans la SDB, le petit déjeuner très frugal, ça mérite 5 pour la gentillesse du personnel.

Great spot! Lovely staff, good air con, spacious rooms and the brekky was lovely.

Bonus that the restaurant to the right of it also had delicious food.

We stayed here twice during our visit, and would stay again.
