Pros:

0時過ぎてチェックイン手続きが出来ずに電話しました。スタッフさんは遅い時間にも関わらず、きちんと対応してくださり、安心出来ました。

Cons:

コーヒーとか少しインスタントでもあると良かったかな。自販機が冷たいものばかりだったので。。

This is the best accommodation I have stayed in the Sapporo area, even better than those in the city center.
Pros:

Place was near the station, had multiple kitchen appliances and a full sized refrigerator, comfortable living and bed area, clean room, and separate toilet and bath.

Cons:

The door to the bedroom in our room was broken. The hinge was loose so the door could not be closed properly.

The bed is comfortable. The room size is perfect for 4 people. The area of bedroom and the area of kitchen is separate, so the smell of cooking doesn’t come into your bed.

Cons:

In winter, the weather becomes very cold in Sapporo. The kitchen doesn’t have heating on it, so it feels a little bit chilly, but if you move a lot, you didn’t feel the cold.

Enjoyed our stay in spite of the walks going to the train station.
Pros:

The size of the room is excellent for a group of friends or family and the amenities is outstanding.

Cons:

The location. If it was closer to a train station it would be excellent.
