Buena ubicación, pero necesita mejorar la mantenimiento y el descanso
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, con todo muy cerca. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y el trato del personal fue amable durante toda la estancia.

Cons:

El ruido de las tuberías era muy fuerte y nos despertó durante la noche. El colchón nos resultó bastante duro y el suelo del baño estaba roto, por lo que tuvimos que poner una toalla. Además, había algunos azulejos rotos en la habitación, aunque se podía caminar sin problema. Son detalles de mantenimiento que deberían solucionar.

Vacaciones frustradas en Madrid por el alojamiento

La ubicación

Cons:

No me gustó el alojamiento. No se correspondía con las fotos. Estaba todo muy deteriorado, muy desangelado, nada de decoración ( nada de cuadros, ni nada). Daba sensación “ habitación de manicomio de película de miedo “. Solicitamos cambio de hospedaje de la misma cadena y se negaron. Sabíamos que en los otros hoteles no admitían mascotas y dijimos que la llevaríamos a una guardería de perros, se negaron.
Íbamos con mascota y se nos cobró 30 euros por día de estancia ( muy de acuerdo estábamos ), se nos dijo que nos pondrían los kits de la mascotas y nunca lo subieron, y cada vez que pasábamos por la recepción recordaban que nos lo subirían, eso nunca ha pasado.

Pros:

Wenn man Wert auf eine zentrale Lage legt, ist dieses Apartment durchaus geeignet. Wer jedoch besonderen Wert auf Komfort und eine gute Ausstattung legt, wird eher enttäuscht sein. Die Lage ist ein klarer Pluspunkt, die Ausstattung hingegen entspricht eher dem Durchschnitt.

Alles sehr alt, obwohl es sauber war, wirkte es sehr lieblos

Pros:

L emplacement est le gros plus de l établissement. Je recommande le petit dej il est très bien . A savoir il est servi dans un autre hôtel à proximité mais les qq pas du matin font du bien. Nous avons logé au 5 ème étage avec une belle vue depuis la terrasse. Le personnel fe l accueil est très sympa et serviable.

Cons:

L insonorisation des chambres surtout depuis la salle de bain, pas de menage et les serviettes ne sont pas changées durant me séjour. Nous avons passé 4 nuits

appartamento veramente super piccolo per il prezzo pagato (capisco si paghi la zona però un minimo più grossa me la sarei aspettata)
la terza notte avevamo confinanti un’altro gruppo di amici che hanno fatto casino fino alle 4 di notte con voce altissima
il disagio creato soprattutto all’idraulico ma il primo giorno mi è stato comunicato che c’era un problema con lo scarico del wc é stato risolto il giorno dopo

Pros:

La posizione era ottima, eravamo centrali ad ogni monumento/attrazione da visitare. La cucina era per noi fondamentale e siamo riusciti abbastanza bene a cucinarci.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'odore sgradevole ci ha accompagnati per tutta la nostra permanenza, un odore che era proveniente da fognature.
La stanza che avevamo scelto non corrispondeva affatto alla stanza che ci hanno dato, per questo motivo abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla perché non era neanche lontanamente simile a quelle delle foto. Sembrava un ostello. Per fortuna le ragazze della reception sono state così carine e gentili da trovarla un'altra piu carina, ma che comunque aveva qualche difetto, come le prese della corrente con i fili fuori, muri sporchi.
