Sehr ruhige Lage.Toller Pool mit Liegen und Blick auf Lagune.Auf der Dachterasse kann man den Sonnenuntergang sehr gut sehen.Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen.Wasser eird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.Bei Fragen wird schnell reagiert.Sehr großes Appartment.Mit dem Ado Bus kommt man gut voran.

Cons:

Leider kann man in der Lagune nicht baden.Der Strand(neben der Fähre)auf der gegenüberliegenden Straße ist eher klein und überlaufen.Etwas wenig Besteck

対応でなんとか成立した滞在だが、条件の分かりにくさや対応の遅れもあり、総合的にはおすすめしにくい
Pros:

・プールからの夕日が綺麗で、景色は良かったです
・スタッフの方は依頼すればスーツケースの運搬などは手伝ってくれました

Cons:

・エレベーターがなく、大きなスーツケースがあると不便です
・4つ星という印象はなく、全体的に設備やサービスはそれ以下に感じました
・ミニマム2泊の条件が分かりにくく、事前にもっと明確に記載されているべきだと思います
・Booking.comとの返金手続きに非常に時間がかかり、ストレスが大きかったです

【その他】
・今回は天候と乗り継ぎの影響で4泊予定が1泊のみの滞在となりました
・結果として2泊分は返金されましたが、対応には時間と労力がかかりました
・家族経営のようで対応にばらつきがある印象です
・立地はホテル街からやや外れており、移動にはUberが必要でした

総合的には、事前に条件や口コミをよく確認した上で利用を検討した方が良いホテルだと思います。

Al llegar fui recibido por el cuidador del lugar, quien no tiene conocimiento de las condiciones en las que llegas, al hacer el ingreso, fue amable pero no me pudo entregar información adecuada, al día siguiente, después de un tours llegué tarde y no tenía acceso al hotel, ya que se me informó ese mismo día por WhatsApp ( yo estando en un tours, sin internet) que mi tarjeta estaba bloqueada porque tenía que terminar de hacer el check in, eso no fue informado previamente el día del ingreso…
La molestia es evidente ya que lo único q quieres es descansar después de un día largo y te encuentras con esa sorpresa, fue un mal rato que se podría hacer evitado…

Hotelzone nah aber nicht allzu nah. Hotel mit Charme und Charakter.

TRANQUILO Y UBICACION MUY BUENA PARA RELAJAR Y RECORRER CON EXCURCIONES

Hermosa estadia, en el radio de dos cuadras tenes super oxxo, farmacia y salida de ferry a isla mujeres con playa. A 10 minutos autos tenes el centro de cancun con shopping, lugares para comer y cocobongo. Los didi andan genial y todas las excurciones te pasan a buscar por la puerta sin problema.

Pros:

Small Boutique Hotel, beautifully decorated. Staff were superb, kind and professional. Great infinity pool! Amazing view from the room and the rooftop bar.

Cons:

The bathroom is dated and would need some extra cleaning. shower curtain had stains. Unfortunately neither of the pillows on the bed were comfortable.

- très belle et grande suite dans une maison style hacienda très bien entretenue, piscine superbe , vue depuis le roof top ( restaurant qui sert le petit déjeuner)
