Ein super Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse
Pros:

Ich bin stark gehandicapt durch einen Schlaganfall. Deshalb war es mir leider nicht möglich im Hotel zu übernachten, sondern nur zu essen. Der Inhaber zeigt vollstes Verständnis für meine Situation. Er telefonierte noch mit mehreren andern Hotels in der Umgebung zwecks einer Alternative. Leider waren die Hotels ausgebucht oder waren die Zimmer nur über mehre Treppen erreichbar.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal und Besitzer, sehr gutes Abendessen.

Cons:

Das Bett (Matratze) war nicht so bequem. Hotel liegt direkt an der B85, d. h. die Zimmer zur Straßenseite recht laut.

Ein Haus mit oberpfälzer Freundlichkeit und für den Gast da.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer Ortschaft und ist dort die einzige Unterkunft. Es liegt sehr ruhig und das Zimmer war okay. Die Einrichtung ist vom Design nicht mehr das Neueste, doch sehr gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück war üppig und qualitativ gut. Leider hatte das Restaurant an dem Tag Ruhetag, was ich sehr bedauert habe. Der Wirt hat mir, weil ich zu Fuß unterwegs war, ein Auto zur Verfügung gestellt, damit ich in den Nachbarort zum Essen fahren konnte. Am Tag darauf hat er mich sogar zum Bahnhof in der Nähe gefahren, was ich außerordentlich zuvorkommend empfand. Der Gast ist dort tatsächlich noch König.

Cons:

Schade war, dass das Restaurant Ruhetag hatte. Gerne hätte ich die dortige Küche genossen, doch das war mir diesmal nicht vergönnt.

Toller Kurztrip
Pros:

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Mappacher Hof. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Auswahl groß. Das Personal war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zimmer mit Balkon, gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück. Nettes Personal

Cons:

Frühstück könnte bisschen reichhaltiger sein.
Die Auswahl an Brot und Brötchen. Es waren nur Weißmehlprodukte an dem Morgen verfügbar.
