건물에 사우나 나이트클럽이 있는 엄청큰 건물입니다

2번째 숙박한것 같은데 이날은 출장을 일찍도착해서
5시쯤 체크아웃했고 카운터에서 센스있게 끝방으로 배정해줬습니다. 근처가 번화가라서 술먹고오는 커플등등 많아서 시끄러운건 어쩔수없는것같습니다

대체적으로 만족 소음은 뽑기 라고 보시면 되요;;
욕조 있었고 나름 만족합니다 파주 출장때는 재방문 의사있습니다

방음빼면 최고의 숙소
Pros:

룸컨디션이 좋고 직원분이 굉장히 친절합니다
주변이 유흥가라 좀 지저분한 느낌이지만 식당과 편의점 등 접근성이 좋습니다
다만 밤늦게 옆방 영화보는 소리가 너무 커 잠을 설쳐 방음이 많이 약한 것 같아요

유흥가 중심부 시설좋은 가성비 호텔. 청결요함
Pros:

테라스룸은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 청결은 좀 더 긴경써야할 것 같습니다. 유흥가 중심부에 있어서 즐길거리는 많지만. 조용한 숙소를 원한다면. 고려해야하겠습니다.

약간 뭔가 속은듯한 느낌이 드네요
Pros:

예약할때 2인조식 포함이라고 되어있었습니다 코로나때문에 운영을 안한다고 하는데 그럼 예약조건을 변경해놓아야 하는것 아닌지요, 상황은 이해가 가지만 속은 느낌이 드는건 어쩔수 없네요 다른 호텔은 코로나 관계로 조식운영 중단한다는 문구가 있었는데 여기는 그런말없이 조식2인 포함이라고 되어 있거든요. 가격이 저렴해서 예약했는데 알고보니 무인텔 룸이더라구요. 그럴줄알았으면 비용이 더 들더라도 정식 호텔로 예약할걸 같은층 업소의 환경도 그렇고 좀 민망하더라구요. 후기만 보고 좋아서 했는데 미끼상품이었나 하는 생각과 함께 조금 실망이었습니다

그렇지만 룸상태는 화장실도 넓고 깨끗하고 룸도 다른 호텔보다 크고 모든 시설 만족합니다

신축이라 새것입니다, 화장실이 넓고, 방이 넓습니다.
화장실이 매우 깨끗합니다.
직원들이 친절합니다.
근처에 먹을 것이 많습니다
방음이 잘 되는지 밤에 소음이 안들렸습니다.
침구가 편안합니다.

단점 : 테라스 객실이었는데, 테라스에 담배 꽁초가 7개 이상 바닥에 떨어져 있었습니다. 불쾌해서 테라스를 사용하지 못했습니다.
이전 투숙객이 남기고 간 것으로 추정되는 실핀 등 작은 물건이 있었습니다. 휴지곽에 먼지가 쌓여있었습니다.
수건 갯수가 모자랍니다.
가운이 타월재질이 아니라 불편합니다.

객실 청소상태 뺴곤 대체로 만족스러웠고, 일단 가격이 너무 좋습니다. 재방문 예정인데, 테라스 청소 신경좀 써주세요

조용하고 펜션같은 호텔

Pros:

숙소 깨끗, 넷플릭스 볼 수 있구요.
조식도 맛있어요. 가짓수는 많이 없지만, 무료라는 점. 그리고 맛있어서 만족했습니다.
또한, 1층에 맛있는 베이커리가 있어 좋았습니다.
