Good hotel, nice decor, clean and comfy beds
Pros:

Modern decor and good coffee in the morning.

Cons:

Location is a bit off and be sure all is digital without personnel it might be hard for some non-digital savvy people. Perhaps you should be more inclusive and still offer some human support.

Pros:

Everything was very well designed and also very clean. You can check in at any time, because it's a self check in place. The lounge is really big, and there are lockers if you need to drop off something, very thoughtful.

Cons:

The rooms could use a small table along with the chair. And also no fridge.

Cons:

Bei der Reinigung der Zimmer wurden die Ecken ignoriert und die Toilettenschüssel wies Urinstein auf. Der Boden des Zimmers sah verratzt aus (war aber nicht der Reinigung geschuldet sondern der Bauweise) Besonders geärgert hat mich das Versprechen eines Gutscheins, wenn wir das Zimmer mit 10 Punkten bewerten. Das ist Manipulation des Bewertungssystems und nicht akzeptabel!

Pros:

Digitale Check-In und Check-Out ohne Personal
Man wurde sehr freundlich aufgenommen und es gab ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk.
Die Atmosphäre war sehr schön

Pros:

Das Hotel hatte eine zentrale Lage. Es war sauber und der Check In ging reibungslos.
Es gibt einen barrierefreien Eingang. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Im Zimmer wäre ein Tisch als Ablage sowid ein zweiter Stuhl sehr schön gewesen.

Other than that, everything was great.
Pros:

I like location and design of the rooms.

Cons:

The only small issue was the bedding. Although the bed was a double bed, the duvets were single-sized, which felt a bit narrow and short for comfortable sleeping. It might be worth considering larger duvets, as this would make the stay even more comfortable for guests. I also found the duvet covers a little rough.

Хороший отель, удобное расположение, приятный персонал.
Pros:

Отличное расположение.
Удобный матрас.
Чисто.
Вежливый персонал.

Cons:

Был заявлен завтрак. Рассчитывала на него. Но кроме кофе, чая больше ничего не было.

В комнате отсутствует хотя бы маленький столик, негде поставить лептоп, некуда положить какие-то мелкие вещи, косметичку или бутылку воды.

В душе нет шампуня. Только лосьон для тела.

Cheap and clean Hotel. Close to local shops and a few nice bars and to an underground station. No issues

Cons:

No Staff around. Wouldn't not have minded a coffee or a breakfast or even a drink but not sure what the prices or process was.
