I had a fantastic experience at Koncept Hotel International and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Cologne.
Seamless Check-in: The self-check-in process was smooth, super easy to navigate, and made arriving completely stress-free.
Unbeatable Style & Vibe: The room design is easily one of the coolest I’ve stayed in for a long time. I loved the raw urban aesthetic—from the awesome copper floor in the bathroom to the concrete flooring in the bedroom.
Bright & Airy: Huge windows let in tons of beautiful natural light, making the unique space feel open and welcoming.
Sustainability Focus: It’s clear the hotel goes above and beyond to be as eco-conscious as possible, which was a huge plus in my eyes.
Prime Location: The location was spot on, making it effortless to get around and explore the city.
A truly top-tier stay—highly recommended!

**Extremely disappointing experience — missing watch and unacceptable response**

I had a very disappointing experience at Koncept Hotel. I accidentally left a **brand-new watch, still in its box, on the table in my room before checking out**.

As soon as I landed, I checked my luggage and immediately realized the watch was missing. I contacted the hotel straight away and clearly explained where I had left it. The hotel initially said they would check.

After that, I received an extremely unsatisfactory response. They claimed that nothing had been found and mentioned only some empty paper. I specifically asked them to speak with the cleaner/housekeeping staff because I was absolutely certain that I had left the boxed watch on the table.

Instead of properly investigating the matter, the response was essentially **“nothing was found, so there is nothing we can do.”**

This is not the level of customer service I expect from a hotel. I gave them the information immediately, including exactly where the item had been left, yet they made no meaningful effort to resolve the situation.

I cannot prove what happened to my watch after I left the room, but I know exactly where I left it. The hotel’s handling of the situation has completely destroyed my trust in them.

**I would strongly recommend that guests be extremely careful with their valuables at this hotel. I will certainly not stay here again.**

Pros:

Excelente opción, ubicado en un lugar céntrico, muy buenas conexiones de transporte y su atención👌

Me encantó la ubicación, la atención excelente el personal, super atentos, pacientes, agradables. El desayuno muy bueno con libertad de libre elección. Volveré próximamente.

Chambre magnifique
Pros:

Pour le prix, la chambre était incroyable, rien à voir avec les hôtels en France !
L'enregistrement sur tablette à l'arrivée est très pratique.
La chambre était propre et l'hôtel bien situé.

Cons:

C'était assez compliqué pour se garer : on voulait les places à 5€ par jour le long de la grande rue mais elles étaient toutes prises à notre arrivée. Finalement, l'une d'elle s'est libérée et nous avons pu nous garer.
Les places devant l'hôtel sont limitées à 3 ou 4h max et les autres laces environnantes sont à un prix exorbitant.

Ein Schlafplatz.
Pros:

Man kann Kaffe bekommen und fertige Brote.
Im Zimmer gab es einen Stuhl und eine kleines Bord ca. 30cm x 90 cm.
Es gab auch eine Espressomaschine.

Cons:

Die neumodische Art, ein Hotel ohne sichtbares Personal zu betreiben gefällt mir nicht.
Ein richtiges Frühstück gab es nicht.
Im Bad war der Auslauf vom Waschbecken verstopft.
Einen Schrank oder vergleichbares gab es nicht. Man lebt dort "aus dem Koffer".
