We had the room right at the front of the hotel so it was noisy door slamming every time someone came home overnight - had to wear ear plugs. Would have liked bottled water in the room instead of beer.

Aside from the cold shower, the place was an absolute gem!
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful place! We were so pleasantly surprised by the decor and attention to detail. And the kitchen with filtered water and the beautiful terrace were bonuses. Also loved the location, great neighborhood.

Cons:

I ran out of hot water 5 minutes into my shower.

Preciosa estancia.
Pros:

La ubicación es increíble y el lugar precioso.
El staff aún que no es mucho, son atentos. Incluso nos dejaron dos cervezas de cortesía.
El lugar es hermoso, de diseño y confortable. Lo único es que sería increíble que todos los estudios tuvieran escritorio y tal vez AA.

Tiene cocina compartida y una terraza en el roof top preciosa.
Recomiendo y regresamos!

Pros:

We loved this hotel. The space was clean, well designed -- the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Check in and out was easy, and communication was seamless.

Cons:

4 out of the 7 days of our stay, there was no hot water for showers in the mornings between 8-9am.

Cómodo pero no es lo que reservé en línea

Cons:

No recibí desayuno a pesar de que en la habitación había un letrero que indicaba que había desayuno gratis. Ni el letrero indicaba cómo o dónde solicitar el desayuno, ni en la página ni en los correos que recibí. Cuando llegué estuve timbrando varias veces porque no se me indicó cómo ingresar el código que me mandaron por correo por lo que no podía entrar por mi cuenta (yo no estaba familiarizada con las cerraduras yale), y tardaron como 15 minutos en abrirme porque no les llegó aviso de mi reservación. Reservé la habitación Deluxe Quadruple Room la cual supuestamente tenía dos camas matrimoniales y al llegar me dieron una de las habitaciones pequeñas regulares con una sola cama. Se lo comenté a una chica de staff, muy amable por cierto, pero me dijo que no le aparecía que estuviera reservada ninguna de esas habitaciones. Las paredes son muy delgadas por lo que se escucha todo lo que pasa en los demás cuartos, es bastante incómodo porque incluso se escucha cuando alguien más se baña y yo por ejemplo prefiero bañarme con música pero hasta dudé si bañarme por la noche por lo mismo del ruido. También estaba indicado en Booking.com "Rooms feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, and city views." pero al preguntar a staff, la chica me comentó que ninguna habitación cuenta con cocineta, sino que sólo hay una cocina que es compartida.

Todo estaba muy cerca caminando y los ubers que tomamos para turistear en zonas un poco más alejadas eran económicos ya que la ubicación estaba muy céntrica.
