Sehr gutes Hotel, gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage und der Bademantelgang zur Therme haben uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war groß und gut eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals waren hervorragend. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Die aktuelle Baustelle aufgrund der Landesgartenschau im nächsten Jahr war halt da, aber da kann ja das Hotel nichts dafür.

Alles bestens ausser die Betten Matratzen...
Cons:

Die Matterasse waren Miserabel.. Konnten die Nacht schlecht schlafen.. Es wahre an der Zeit mal neue CONFOTABELN Matrassen an der ganze Struktur zu erneuern. Ansonsten alles ok... SCHADE

Hotel für Kurzurlaub und Therme
Pros:

Tolles Hotel direkt an der Therme, aber alles ringsum Baustelle und Baulärm schon früh morgens ( gute Schallschutzfenster) für die Landesgartenschau 2027.
Bademantelgang zur Therme.
Parken abseits auf dem Thermenparkplatz.

Cons:

Baustelle rings um und keine Infos im Vorfeld dazu.
Aktuell für längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.

Nächstes Jahr bestimmt noch schöner wegen der Landesgartenschau 2026
Pros:

Das Personal war wie immer sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Optimal ist der direkte Zugang zur Franken-Therme, die vom Hotel aus über einen Gang erreichbar ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig.

Cons:

Leider stören dieses Jahr die umfangreichen Bauarbeiten rund um das Hotel und in der nahegelegenen Parkanlage – alles in Vorbereitung auf die Landesgartenschau 2027.
