Leider nur ein eher durchschnittlicher Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Qualität des Frühstücks war standard, die Lebensmittel wirkten teilweise nicht frisch.

Cons:

Das Wochenende hatten eigentlich meine Eltern gebucht, aufgrund eines Beinbruchs meiner Mutter konnte sie nicht anreisen. Hier hätte ich mir ein Entgegenkommen der Hotelleitung gewünscht z.B eine Terminverschiebung oder einen Gutschein. Leider wurde auf 80 % Kostenerstattung bestanden. Klar ist das rechtlich korrekt, aber nicht besonders kundenfreundlich. Schade

Lage zur Therme super
Pros:

Der Zugang zur Therme ist super, Frühstück immer wieder gut, waren schon das 2. mal da. Essen in der Therme super, In der Sauna gibt es nur Kleinigkeiten, aber auch gut. Im Hotel das Essen weiß ich nicht, wir hatten nur Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zeit in der Therme muss mann bis 22 Uhr bezahlen, obwohl der Badebetrieb schon 21:30 Uhr endet. Als Rabatt für die Therme gibt es 1€ vom Hotel , da hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich; es wurde immer rechtzeitig nachgefüllt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Schade, dass auf den Tischen nur Plastikblumen stehen, das geht auch anders.
Im Bad fehlen leider Abstellmöglichkeiten, vllt könnte man unter dem Waschbecken ein Brett als Ablage anbringen.
Im Moment herrscht direkt vor dem Hotel sehr viel Baulärm, deshalb 1 Pkt abziehen.

Ich habe mich maßlos geärgert, dass die Bediensteten der Rezeption nicht in der Lage waren, einen Gutschein für die Franken Therme bei der Abrechnung anzurechnen, obwohl das vom Hotel als Service angeboten wird. Wir hatten den Gutschein beim Check-in vorgelegt und uns war mitgeteilt worden, dass der Gutschein in der Gesamtrechnung berücksichtigt würde. Wir konnten dann aber den Gutschein am Abreisetag nicht einlösen. Die Schnittstelle Abrechnung zwischen Hotel und Therme scheint schwierig zu sein. Das darf m. E. nicht auf dem Rücken der Gäste ausgetragen werden. Seitens des Personals an der Rezeption gab es nicht das geringste Bemühen, eine akzeptable Lösung zu suchen.
