The staff was nice, courteous and really friendly.

Cons:

The hotel need alot of improvement. It looks like they have not invested on remodeling for quite a while . The room felt musty. And overall the cleanliness was not present

The breakfast was delicious and filling. Best thing during the stay.

Cons:

There was no top sheet so I had to make the bed. Blanket needs to be thrown away and maintenance had to come and unlock the bathroom door so we could get in.

It was okay. Would stay somewhere else if I go back to San Juan.
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was in a beautiful spot overlooking the water.

Cons:

No amenities at all. Not even a hairdryer. Odd entry into the building. Had to be buzzed in to get to the desk to check in on second floor.
