Esta en exelente lugar , el unico el personal tiene que ser mas a tengo la que estana en el primer piso en el lobby no recibe los wespedes como se supone

El personal de la cafeteria

Cons:

Me dejaron las toallas y sabanas en la puerta en el suelo, estuvieron ahi todo el dia. Nadie se dignoba recogerlas, ni indicaban donde se podian llevar. Vergonzoso. El aire acondicionado, no se podia apagar, estaba al minimo,llame tres veces y no vino nadie a revisar.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación en San Juan cerca de la playa del escambron

Cons:

La atención es pésima. El cuarto tenia el piso sucio y el forro de una de las camas. Nunca dieron servicio a la habitación, no recogieron la basura ni nos suplieron papel de baño. Hubo que ir a pedirlo y no tenían. Las lámparas de la habitación ya tienen hongo por la humedad. Es lamentable que un lugar así tenga tan mala administración.
