Miserable Organisation, schlechte Zimmer und vor allem ein unwürdiges Bad.
Pros:

Nichts,
Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel aber auch zum letzten Mal.
Das Hotel kann nicht weiter empfohlen werden.
Eigentlich sollten wir das Geld zurück erhalten, es ist den Preis nie und nimmer wert.
Wir erwarten im Minimum eine Rückerstattung von 50 % .

Cons:

Für uns war des Check in eine Riesen Katastrophe, wir haben keine Nachricht erhalten betreffend Zimmer Nr. resp. Schlüsselcode.
3 x fuhren wir zum Hotel um das Check-in zu machen, doch niemand war vor Ort, resp. konnten wir niemand erreichen. Weder per Telefon (über beide Nummern nicht) noch per Mail oder persönlich.
Sodann standen wir stundenlang vor dem Hotel und konnten nicht Einchecken.
Das Bad ist eine Zumutung, viel zu klein, nur kalt Wasser und das Lavabo ist viel zu klein und konnte - unter dem Spiegelschrank versteckt - nicht normal genutzt werden.
Das Frühstück ist keine Fr. 10.00 wert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros:

Die Ausstatung, die Grösse und vorallem die Sauberkeit des Zimmers hat mir sehr gut gefall. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

Perfekte Aufenthalt für unseren aktive Kurzferien
Pros:

Unser Zimmer hat alles was es braucht: Bett,DoucheWC Balkon,TV. alles sauber und einfach

Cons:

Das Wasser in der Douche konnte man nicht einstellen, : ich wollte kalt douchen und das ging nicht.

Cons:

Unsere Toilette befand sich ausserhalb unseres Zimmers. Zwar war diese zur alleinigen Benutzung, wir mussten aber durch einen Vorraum, welcher unser Zimmer mit einem anderen Zimmer verband. Dieses andere Zimmer war durch andere Gäste belegt, welche ihre gesamte Skiausrüstung im Vorraum deponierte. Der Gestank war fürchterlich. Zudem fehlte die Privatsphäre und es war äusserst ringhörig.

The location was excellent and clean. Good value for money. The view from the room was gorgeous

Cons:

The wood under the matrices of the right bed in the internal room was broken and the matrices fell when my daughter on it and couldn’t fix the wood.

Zum Glück waren wir für eine Nacht nur zum schlafen dort.

Cons:

Wurde wahrscheinlich seit bestehen nie renoviert. Defekte Toilettenspülung (dies sollte bei der Reinigung auffallen!!!).

Clean room. small bathroom. excellent breakfast, complicated organization (separate transfers req'd)
Pros:

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. The room is a bit dated and the bathroom is small. It is however very clean. The booking organization is a bit complicated as the hotel reception is not staffed (pre-transfer of Kurtax, check in required before 8 pm otherwise reservation deleted, Breakfast booked & paid separately). I will however certainly go again not that I understand the organization.
