Appartement des Marins

Awesome property in the best town. We stayed in an apartment with a pull out bed for the kids, they loved it. Kitchen was handy to have for breakfasts and when we didn’t feel like eating out. There is a small grocery store in town and lots of great restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the beach. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

This apartment at the Hotel des Marins was ideal in many ways. The location is fantastic for exploring the old town of St Malo, with so much within walking distance. The apartment gave more space than a typical hotel room, the bed was comfy and the sofa bed unusually comfortable too. The kitchen was nice to have but there are so many lovely cafes, creperies and restaurants nearby that we didn't attempt to cook for ourselves.

I wasn't keen on the slightly musty and dusty staircase approach to the apartment, and it was warm and noisy overnight with voices echoing along the lovely old narrow streets as we needed to have the windows open for air (it was still very warm). However, I'm not sure this would be any different in any of the hotels in the old town, unless you can find one with aircon.

Propre et spacieux

Appartamento carino anche se il prezzo mi è sembrato eccessivo (€ 674,40 per tre notti a fine agosto). Per questo prezzo mi aspettavo decisamente di più, la pulizia lasciava un pò a desiderare, polvere un pò dovunque per una pulizia fatta in maniera decisamente frettolosa; divano letto non comodissimo, arredo carino e moderno. La zona è bella, si trova all'interno delle mura di Saint Malo, zona con locali e ristorantini carini. Un ultimo appunto: dopo aver pagato quel prezzo la richiesta, da parte della struttura, di pulizia finale da parte degli avventori mi è sembrata decisamente eccessiva.

Très propre et se trouve au centre de la ville

Tout était conforme à l'annonce. Parfait niveaux superficie, decoration, confort, propreté, literie...
Nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant mais logement peut convenir pour 4 adultes ( 1 lit double + 1 canapé lit très confortable).
Nous aurions juste apprécié la possibilité de faire un café ou thé à l'entrée dans l'appartement. Même si bouilloire et cafetière à disposition, 2/3 dosettes à l'arrivée auraient été appréciées...

This was a very nice stay, with great accommodations. No real criticisms to list.
