Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was always super good. and the decoration and ambiance of the whole hote. the Christmas decorations and the terrace bar. wow.

Cons:

I booked a "city view" room but the window was super small and very high up, you'd had to get on top of a chair to actually see outside. there is not really a view, which you pay extra for... its very much comparable to an alley view. So not happy for that extra charge that ended up being such a let down.
