Pros:

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel was erg vriendlijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren super schoon en netjes. De ligging van het hotel was ook perfect. Al met al hebben wij een top vakantie gehad en zouden dit zeker aanraden.

great location, but expensive & rude staff. Better options available in Sanur for much better value
Pros:

Great location right on the beach in Sanur, some decent restaurants and activities in this site. The location didn't feel too busy and had lots of space.

Cons:

Very expensive for the offering, staff were not great with some being simply rude & with no Gym on site (you need to use Hyatt - when the gate is open). A lot of the time I felt like an inconvenience to the team.

朝食が良かった楽しみで行ったので、期待通りだった！。
立地も良くサヌールを楽しむ事が出来た。

Cons:

海の前という立地で選んだのにボートが沢山停まっていて子供を遊ばせるのには危ないと思った。とても残念だった。

We had a wonderful family vacation here.

Accommodation:
Our room location offered excellent privacy and tranquility. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for promptly and immaculately tidying up our room every day.

Environment & Landscaping:
I was absolutely stunned by the landscaping. It is wonderful to see that the resort has preserved and cared for the original rainforest life. Coming from Taiwan, which is also hot and humid, I must say I got fewer mosquito bites here than in my daily life back home! I hope this effective pest control is achieved with minimal use of harsh chemicals.

Staff:
The most comfortable part of our stay was defined by the people. Thank you to all the staff we encountered.

Yoga | Special thanks to Yoga teacher Alits. Even when I was the only student one day, he led the session with serious dedication.

Dining | I am also grateful to the senior female manager at the Garden Korean BBQ night for helping us arrange our seating.

Kids Club | Thank you to the enthusiastic and kind sisters at the Kids Club.

Walking through the resort daily, seeing so many staff members working earnestly in their respective roles, my husband and I wondered if such an atmosphere is unique to this place. We sincerely hope that every employee, regardless of position, receives fair and good treatment. We believe this creates a positive cycle where guests are not just consumers, but participants in the values the resort wishes to convey.

Dining:
Every restaurant here was delicious. We enjoyed a variety of clean and tasty food. The most amazing was Wok Wok—absolutely delicious! It was great to experience local food culture in a safe and hygienic way.

Suggestions for consideration:
Food Waste: The breakfast was incredibly delicious with endless choices, but we couldn't help but worry about potential food waste.
Towels: It is very thoughtful to have warm, thick towels after swimming. However, offering smaller towels as an option could help reduce the carbon footprint associated with washing and drying heavy towels.
Kids Club Books: Regarding the book selection in the Kids Club, besides the Disney series, it would be wonderful to include picture books about Balinese culture. This would allow children to learn more about the local culture while reading.
Water Pressure: The shower water pressure in the room was slightly weak.
