Pros:

植栽が豊富で美しく配置されており、ホテル内の移動が楽しい。部屋は広く清潔で、シャワーの湯量も満足。バルコニーが広く、虫が少ないので安心して外のソファでくつろげる。スタッフはにこやかで親切。
ゆったりと配置された宿泊棟。

Cons:

食事が独自的すぎて、オーダーするのに苦労する。出てきたものが予想と反することがほとんどで、味も思ったより（価格より）満足できるものではない。独自性を出そうとするあまり、方向性が間違っている気がする。

Sanur review
Pros:

We were expecting more from the service, we experience a cold check in and an expresso explanation of the hotel. Even so the room was top level and amenityes too. Good location. The restaurants can have a better service as well. Sometimes it felts like camping in a 5 star hotel. Resuming the acomodations ate top level but service can be mutch warmer.

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

Such a lovely atmosphere with beautiful natural surroundings. The service was excellent, especially ibu Yunik at the lounge, who was so friendly and welcoming. She made the lounge feel like home with the drinks she offered .

Best resort stay, no traffic to and from airport
Pros:

The Andaz Bali is one of our favorite properties to stay at with the kids. The staff are incredibly friendly across the board, the kids love the pool and the kids club, the room are spotless and beds are super comfortable.

Perfection
Pros:

Andaz Bali was phenomenal. The globalist breakfast options were incredible. Unlimited servings with a huge menu. The staff were so aligned and polished and everything seemed seamless. Dinner was just as good as breakfast. The pools were all lovely, especially the quiet pool that was shaded all day long. The staff were constantly doing maintenance on the property and pools to keep everything pristine. The deluxe suite we used a SUA for was incredible, including a huge patio that walked out into the quiet pool area. Would definitely request this again if I end up back at the hotel. Overall, the execution of this hotel is just incredible. 10/10, couldn’t ask for more.

Andaz Bali beyond expectation.
Pros:

This is by far the best resort in the Sanur area. Quiet, clean and well maintained. It is newer than most at 5years old. The facilities, activities are many and fun. Kids club for families. Many dining options with a great variety of food choices including local. The breakfast is ala carte and you can have as much as you want for one price. The staff is where this resort stands out. From senior level to gardener they are all exceptional.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Andaz Bali. One of the things I loved the most is the variety of pools available, each designed for different needs and preferences. Whether you’re traveling with family and children or looking for a peaceful and quiet pool to relax, there is a perfect option for everyone. It was truly amazing.

The food was excellent, and the crafted coffee was absolutely delightful. Everything I tried was consistently good and thoughtfully prepared.

I also really enjoyed the direct beach access. The beach area is beautiful, comfortable, and very convenient, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

As part of the Hyatt family, Andaz Bali delivered an exceptional level of hospitality. The service made me feel genuinely valued, almost like a VIP, with so many wonderful privileges and thoughtful touches throughout my stay.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be coming back to Bali, and honestly, I think Andaz Sanur will be my first choice every time I visit. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

Pros:

One of my favourite hotel experiences, beautiful grounds, incredibly green, plants everywhere. Breakfast 10/10, room spacious and beautifully decorated, kids club great for kids with lovely staff, beautiful swimming pool. Will come back.
