Good stay
Pros:

Overall wonderfull stay, beautiful facilities, perfect rooms, comfortable beds, great staff, wonderful pool area, bike rental, lots of toys at the pool for children, sunrise yoga, good quality of food. Generally a good stay, it is the expectations I have towards such a high price hotel, which were not always met. It was a 10/10, but not in this price category - here I'd say 7/10.

Cons:

The food was a little too over the top and overly complicated, especially for breakfast. A few more down to earth options would be great. But quality was very good.
More gluten free options would have been good.
The organization of the service in the restaurants was too complex, during one meal there are at least 5-8 different people approaching you, which is confusing. Sometimes the waiting time was longer.
We had to aligne with the reception to clarify the housekeeping in the room, some days we hadnt have cleaning until very late afternoon.

Breakast was the best I ever had in any hotel, full stop. It was a very pleasant stay, all rounded.

Pros:

The restaurant is nice, very impressive breakfast, service attitude is top. Did do their best to apologise and compensate for the first night which was quite horrible.

Cons:

The so-called smart home system woke us up twice at night, with lights turning on by itself. Butler told us it was due to faulty motion sensor. Mosquitos are quite abundant.

Bardzo polecam!
Pros:

Miałam pokój z dostępem do laguny. Pokój był przepiękny i bardzo duży! poza pokojem bardzo podobała mi się infrastruktura i to, że jest połączone SPA z hotelem HYATT obok przez co można zrobić fajny spacer przez cudowne ogrody.

Cons:

nie było takiej rzeczy choć nie jest to tani hotel, to jest warty swojej ceny

Pros:

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel was erg vriendlijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren super schoon en netjes. De ligging van het hotel was ook perfect. Al met al hebben wij een top vakantie gehad en zouden dit zeker aanraden.
