Pros:

Our room was spacious and clean. Felt a little unsafe at night as the neighborhood was a little rundown and several homeless people around, but we walked to Concubine Lane area and several restaurants and bars.

Good place for large group to stay
Pros:

The apartment that we stayed had great bed and aircon which was a good place to come back to after exploring town. It was lovely to be able to stay with the entire group in a small apartment

Cons:

The facilities of the property were not that great. The gym was open air so equipment were rusty.
