Kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen, wir konnten vor Abreise am Abend noch duschen!
Pros:

Pool Efeu h und Nutzung waren traumhaft.

Cons:

Die Zimmer hätten etwas größer sein können, aber dafür war das Bett hervorragend.

Pros:

Location but sadly lacking in facilities. Restaurant was small no bar area to sit.

Cons:

No bar or nice outside area to sit. Had to book a bed at the swimming pool for 1 hour.

Exemplary Hotel and Staff - congratulations.
Pros:

How hotels should be - all over the world. Clean, relaxing, quiet, unassuming and yet super efficient and professional. Lovely staff - stunning location right next to Chinatown and downtown Bay Area, access on the hotel premises to the subway (which is phenomenal), beautiful clean room and super comfy bed. What was there not to like?!

Cons:

My only very minor gripe is how busy the breakfast room can get and the rudeness of the Russian guests.. but hey, that's not really the hotel's fault!

Aufgrund der Lage würde ich die Unterkunft (ohne Zubuchung des Frühstücks) jedem weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und alles war sehr sauber. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten an der Marina und der Food Market ist auch direkt um die Ecke.

Cons:

Das Frühstück inklusive des Kaffees hat uns für den Preis leider etwas enttäuscht.

Very good
Pros:

I travelled for our honeymoon and stayed at The Clan hotel. First room that we were put up in was a bit small, even though very neat and clean. However next morning when I spoke to the concierge they soon understood our concerns and shifted us to a bigger room at no extra cost. This is the sort of understanding that you expect from a hotel. I would definitely stably there next time. Staff were amazing and special mention goes to Ivan who was absolutely amazing.

Cons:

The sink in the living area for brushing teeth and shaving is not ideal.

Pros:

The welcome from the staff was very good and they are all very professional. The cleaning staff were so lovely and very helpful. The location is excellent, incredibly convenient for the MRT or walking to key places. The hotel facilities are very good, I liked the tea selection although I didn't get a chance to do the welcoming tea ceremony. The room size is very good and the bed was comfortable with all the little bits in the room you could need. I liked the filtered water rather than relying on bottled options.
