Персонал странноватый. Очень быстро по-сингапурски трещат на английском, но со специфичным акцентом. Некритично, но сложновато коммуницировать.

Das komplette Personal von Empfang, Service, Lounge, Frühstück und Reinigung war außerordentlich freundlich, gründlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich durchgehend seit der Ankunft sehe wohl gefühlt.

Es stehen kostenlose Minibar Getränke + Snacks, endlos viel Trinkwasser und täglich aufgefüllter Kaffee und Tee in verschiedensten Premium Sorten kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Zusätzlich wurden wir von einem sehr freundlichen Tee-Meister mit Getränken nach unserer Wahl empfangen, der uns gleichzeitig sehr umfangreich alle Start-/Stadtfragen beantwortete, was den Einstieg natürlich stark erleichterte (gerade was das chinesisches Neujahr anging)

Die Lage und Anbindung ist top. Die meisten Orte kann man ohne Anstrengung in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Oder man benutzt einfach den hoteleigenen Eingang zur U-Bahn um trockenen Fußes an verschiedene Orte der Stadt zu gelangen.

Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut. Das Buffet wechselt jeden Tag deutlich durch, bis auf ein paar internationale Klassiker wie Bacon und Ei, Aufstriche etc. Das Frühstück ist echtes international Frühstück (auch aus europäischer Sicht!) aber auch asiatisches Frühstück. Ebenfalls befindet direkt an dem Buffet die Küche und man kann sich ein paar individuelle Gerichte zubereiten lassen.
Wir mussten an keinem der Tage auf irgendetwas warten und kamen immer sofort dran, wurden in jeder Situation sofort bedient und das obwohl wir zur Hauptsaison während des chinesischen Neujahrs dort waren. Top Orga!

Der Zimmerservice kommt sogar zwei Mal pro Tag um den Raum immer nochmal "Nachtfertig" zu machen.

Es ist alles sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind total leise. Unser Zimmerwunsch wurde voll berücksichtigt wodurch wir eine super Eck Aussicht mit riesen Panoramafenstern auf die Skyline hatten.

Cons:

Kein echter Kritikpunkt, aber Verbesserungspotential für das Hotel:
Es sind viele Ablageflächen vorhanden(!), aber ein ordentlicher Schrank für Kleidung wäre schöner gewesen.

This is my go-to place if i am staying within the city center.
Pros:

The clan, so far, is the best non luxury hotel I've stayed in Singapore. Considering it's location, it's the best I've been so far.

Cons:

I wasnt able to experience the welcome tea this time. :(
