Comfortable classy stay at city center
Pros:

Staff was friendly and property was very comfortable. We arrived early in the morning and staff offered us to freshen up on the top floor at the sports facility.

Comfortable bed and good sleep quality

Cons:

The room is tiny and the layout is weird. The bathroom is so small that the wash basin is placed the corridor outside the bathroom! There is not even a wardrobe but only a basic bar to hang up clothes. The Bad occupies most of the space in the room and it’s hard to get even around it. Absolutely unacceptable for the prize you pay which is similar to much better hotels.

Pros:

Franchement tout: le personnel est adorable et aux soins, l'emplacement est idéal avec le métro au pied, la vue de la chambre est vraiment belle vue sur la ville en plus nous avons pu bénéficier d'une chambre plus grande avec un surclassement, la piscine qui était très agréable avec une vue dingue sur la ville. Les toilettes japonaises également furent une bonne surprise. C'était très propre et très beau

Very comfortable stay, but breakfast could be better.
Pros:

Great location right next to metro station.
Tea ceremony was welcoming.
The room was big and very comfortable with great views over Chinatown.
Nice little gestures like tea set in the room, in room spa and turndown service.

Cons:

The breakfast could be better. It was almost completely western, could’ve added more local dishes of Singapore.
