Pros:

Location close to gardens by the bay and Chinatown. Shower facilities before checking in were helpful.

Die Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals

Cons:

In den Stoßzeiten des Hotels sind die 4 Aufzüge hoffnungslos überfordert;
Das Schwimmbecken in der 30. Etage lässt im Besonderen Sonnenschutz und zumindest Getränkeservice vermissen

Pros:

We loved the staff at the Clan- they were warm, efficient and super kind (big thanks to May on reception!)
Our corner room on the 29th was super comfy and so well designed it felt huge even though only 36m
The location was superb- we walked everywhere and loved having the MRT directly below for longer adventures.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit ordinary- the coffee was horrible. Needs a proper machine and a barista.
The pool was gorgeous but very little space around it for people to hang out and enjoy the vibe. I’d move the gym to somewhere else and put a little bar/cafe situation up there- it would be amazing. The hotel bar was down on the 4th floor and rather overpriced

Gutes modernes Hotel in toller Lage in Singapur. Preis OK
Pros:

Tolle Lage nahe Chinatown und Banken. Modernes Hotel mit schönen, kleinen Dachpool.

Cons:

Bar abends nicht offen für ein Getränk…. Schade , Klimaanlage im Zimmer extrem laut.

Fabulous staff, great hotel
Pros:

Location: We booked this hotel due to its location and we weren’t disappointed. It’s walking distance to lots of highlights plus you have an MRT station directly below the hotel.

Room: We booked a lovely corner view room and it was great- the team had thought of everything we might need from shoe shiners to pillow variety. The room was 36m and felt bigger due to good design.

Pool: the pool is great- around 20m with views over the city. If you like to lounge by the pool be aware there are only about a dozen sun beds and nowhere else to sit. No bar or restaurant up there. There is a good jacuzzi and a big gym.

Food/drink: this aspect was a little disappointing, the breakfasts were a bit chaotic and the coffee was horrible, but there was plenty of food choices. The staff were great.
The bar was very expensive for an ordinary hotel bar and the wine pour very small. We only went once, but there are loads of great bars nearby.

Staff: I’ve saved the best until last. The staff here are fantastic- warm human and super helpful. Our particular thanks to May on reception who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Overall: a great boutique style hotel in a great location. I would go again.

Great place to stay in Singapore vacation
Pros:

There are some connecting rooms in each floor which is good for family staying together. The area is very close to Food's street, main food court, and China Town; so you can enjoy the area surrounding the hotel.

Top Lage und schöner Pool mit Aussicht
Pros:

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im The Clan Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der 30. Stock: Der Rooftop-Pool und der Whirlpool bieten eine spektakuläre Aussicht über die Stadt. Auch das Gym ist für ein Stadthotel aussergewöhnlich grosszügig und modern ausgestattet – richtig cool für alle, die auch auf Reisen trainieren wollen.
Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr modern und stilvoll. Die Lage direkt an der MRT-Station Telok Ayer ist top, man ist auch zu Fuss in kürzester Zeit bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig.
Insgesamt eine klare 10/10 – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Fabulous from beginning to end!
Pros:

Loved Jeffrey on the front desk and couldn’t have been more helpful! Ten stars to Jeffrey he really looked after us. Rooms were comfortable beds and pillows fantastic! (loved the four complimentary sodas and juices), rooftop pool and jacuzzi! Location was brilliant for our very limited time in the city. Walking distance to Bay, close to MRT. Thank you - we will be back!

Great hotel to stay!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at The Clan Hotel during a business meet, made even more special by the warm hospitality. Kris greeted us during checkout with complimentary tea and snacks, and his kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. His thoughtful service set the tone for a memorable and comfortable experience. Definately recomend!
