Pros:

Pobyt byl opravdu skvělý 😊 Všichni zaměstnanci byli moc milý a nápomocní.
Hotel je umístěn na severu ostrova v klidnější lokalitě, což jsme uvítali. Určitě doporučuji všem.

Perfect stay for our family holiday
Pros:

We booked two family suites for our family holiday. The kids really enjoyed swimming, both in the pool and on the beach right in front of the property. Breakfast by the beach was always a time we look forward to!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel — it truly exceeded our expectations. The rooms are new, very clean, and beautifully designed, with a large and comfortable bed.

The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast is included: you’re given a menu where you can choose your dishes, plus one drink. The breakfast is good — not luxurious like in a high-end restaurant, but absolutely decent and satisfying.

There are great snorkeling beaches nearby. However, restaurants and cafes are a bit far from the hotel. The hotel helped us rent bicycles, which made it easy and enjoyable to get around.

Exceptional customer service and great hotel location
Pros:

The location of Nero north was fantastic, it was in a quiet location, but we were able to venture very easily to more busier parts of Gilli T whenever we wanted.We were able to hire bicycles very easily from Nero North. Staff were professional and very attentive.

Cons:

Nothing, everything and everyone at Nero North was exceptional!!

В целом всё было хорошо , нам понравился отель.
Pros:

Отель находится в пяти минутах ходьбы от пляжа с черепахами. У него есть собственная пляжная зона с шезлонгами, однако заход в океан очень каменистый.
Очень хорошие завтраки на выбор, вкусные свежевыжатые соки и фрукты. Дружелюбный персонал.

Cons:

В ванной комнате плохо работала вентиляция, было душновато.
За два дня нашего проживания полы в номере ни разу не убирались, поэтому после пляжа оставался мелкий песок.
Полотенца, вероятно, не досушивались и иногда имели затхлый запах.
