Pros:

Staff fantastico, disponibile e sempre sorridente , buona la cucina , posizione davanti alla spiaggia (attenzione alla bassa marea pomeridiana ), giardino bello e curato

Cons:

La bassa marea di fronte all’hotel non permette di fare il bagno nel pomeriggio.
Purtroppo non puliscono la parte di spiaggia a loro riservata

The location is really good, but a bit expensive for the service received

The place is spacious and it is very well located in front of turtle beach, where you can find turtles swimming near the shore easily. The breakfast is really good

Cons:

It is felt the staff of the hotel were fakely kind. For example, when we asked for water or spa, they answered us to search by ourselves outside. They even wanted us to wait for them to do the cleaning before our check-out because 10am is the time they clean the room

Pros:

**Great hotel in a fantastic location**

We had a really enjoyable stay at Nero North. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and the location is excellent.

The rooms are a real highlight — spacious, modern and very clean, making them a great place to relax after a day out.

**Overall, Nero North is a great hotel with lovely staff, a fantastic location and excellent rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it — it’s well worth booking.**

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved. The number of sun beds is limited, and the ones available aren’t particularly comfortable. Adding cushions would make a big difference. The beach area is also quite small, especially around breakfast time when it can feel busy.

Service around breakfast could be a little quicker too. Plates aren’t always cleared away promptly, and ordering food and drinks can sometimes take a while.

Pros:

Camera al primo piano molto bella, pulita, letto comodo e bagno con doccia incredibile. Al primo piano cè molta più privacy. Bella la piscina e super la posizione sul mare con un sacco di tartarughe. Colazione buona e varia e puoi farla sul mare con i piedi nella sabbia. Gentilezza e cortesia del personale impagabile. Ottimo il servizio lavanderia a 2€ al kg e tutto lavato e profumato in poche ore

Un très bon séjour
Pros:

L’emplacement au calme, un spot de snorkeling parfait avec divers poissons, les tortues et un personnel toujours souriant.

Cons:

Les sols étaient sales , de l’eau chaude qui met beaucoup de temps à arriver et des fuites (nous étions au RDC avec l’eau delà douche de l’étage qui coulait dans notre douche)
