Всичко ми хареса- хотелът е мното уютен, разположен в център на града, на пешеходно разстояние от магазини и ресторанти. Закуската е много богата, персоналът изключително любезен и отзивчив. Минибарът беше комплимент от хотела, както и непрекъснато имаше, вода и кафе, в близост до рецепция. С удоволствие бих отседнала в хотела отново.

A very short but pleasant stay in the heart of the historic city center.
Pros:

This is a very nice historic hotel in the heart of Zürich Altstadt. My room had a fantastic view of the city and was very comfy. They have special mattresses from Sweden made with natural materials. It was very soft but in a very nice way. The breakfast is very well prepared. The staff is very friendly and attentive to customer needs.

Well run hotel in excellent location.
Pros:

The breakfast is great and the bed is ultra comfortable. The rooms are nicely decorated. We always enjoy our stay at the Kindli.

Cons:

Generally hotel rooms overheated in Europe (for our personal tastes). We opened the window because room was too warm and then outside noise of passing pedestrians came in. The shower was not great - taps too low and shower head very small and more suited as an accessory to a bath. We have asked for the same room but with a bathtub - apparently one floor above - for our next visit. PS. We have grown accustomed to it but the front entrance to the hotel for offloading and unloading of luggage is a little tricky with narrow steep road and pedestrian traffic.

Very good location, especially if you want to see mostly the center of Zurich. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent!!!

Comfortable, friendly, excellent service and breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent as was the coffee bar on the ground floor and the bowl of apples and other things, free mini bar. Staff were lovely. Free gifts for the kids when my family joined me for breakfast on Boxing Day.

Cons:

Shower was leaking. Bathrooms and room was dated but the facilities and restaurant made up for it. Nice bedding.
