Good hotel
Pros:

Location was great, but noisy with window open. Breakfast was ok. Beds were very comfy. Great tea/coffee in hall downstairs. Reception lady fabulously helpful.

Cons:

Shower/bath was cramped and plug did not work for hairdryer next to a mirror.

Indulge yourself, stay in a very understated, classic family hotel with immaculate service.
Pros:

The best, and most understated, small scale hotel, located in the center of Zurich, with a restaurant that is unmatched. There’s nothing more comfortable than having a prefect breakfast in an elegant place, steeped in history.

Cons:

It has boutique prices, especially when you convert them to US or EU currencies.

Всичко ми хареса- хотелът е мното уютен, разположен в център на града, на пешеходно разстояние от магазини и ресторанти. Закуската е много богата, персоналът изключително любезен и отзивчив. Минибарът беше комплимент от хотела, както и непрекъснато имаше, вода и кафе, в близост до рецепция. С удоволствие бих отседнала в хотела отново.

A very short but pleasant stay in the heart of the historic city center.
Pros:

This is a very nice historic hotel in the heart of Zürich Altstadt. My room had a fantastic view of the city and was very comfy. They have special mattresses from Sweden made with natural materials. It was very soft but in a very nice way. The breakfast is very well prepared. The staff is very friendly and attentive to customer needs.
