Nice, Clean and good location
Pros:

Very good location, easy in/out. Room was very clean and nice amenities. Breakfast was excellent - good selection of items.

Cons:

Very difficult to.locate check-in area when pulling into the parking area.

Would gladly stay here again!
Pros:

Lovely room, excellent front desk/food service/cleaning staff, great facilities. The complimentary city shuttle was a very appreciated and welcome surprise!

Cons:

Breakfast looked great; however the lovely looking avocado toasts were runny and a bit cold, other offerings were fine.

I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The room was beautiful and spacious including the bathroom. I loved having the kitchenette space.

Cons:

The bed was a little too firm. The highway traffic in the morning was disturbing.

Pros:

Breakfast was far better than offerings at competing hotels during recent stays, and the room was clean and decently comfortable. The breakfast quality and options along with the extended stay amenities have made me very interested to search specifically for Element hotels when taking future family vacations in this and other locations.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel, ever.
Pros:

The view was nice

Cons:

The staff was unhelpful, the room was dirty when we checked in with garbage in the cans from the previous guests and stuff on the floor, the pillows were completely flat, used up and lumpy. The breakfast was cold, and both mornings we found hair in the eggs, the elevators barely work.

If you want a nice place to stay book your room at Elements Downtown Asheville
Pros:

On the edge of downtown ample parking, clean,great, breakfast very nice facility! I will stay there again!

Cons:

I don’t want to complain but I personally didn’t like the pillows. No big deal though.
