Everything was absolutely perfect!
Pros:

Even though we only stayed for one night, I can confidently say this hotel is a great choice for longer stays as well. Everything feels brand new and impeccably clean. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's rest.
Although the room size is compact, it didn't feel small at all thanks to the high ceilings and the massive panoramic window. We were actually expecting a view of the inner courtyard, so we felt very lucky with the view we got!
The self-check-in process was seamless and caused no issues at all. Instead of a traditional reception desk, you just enter your reservation number into a terminal, scan your ID, and get your key card. It’s remarkably fast and convenient.
The common area is a big plus. It’s a great space to relax, watch TV, or chat with other guests. They have a microwave to heat up your own food (or snacks from the vending machine), plus facilities to make tea and coffee. All the necessary dishes are provided, which is a fantastic touch. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were a couple of downsides. First, the shared refrigerator setup isn't very secure. Despite our bag being clearly marked with our room number (as required), someone "very hungry" decided to take our sandwich. It was quite a disappointing start to the morning.
To make matters worse, when we went to the coffee machine, it was out of order. The display indicated that it needed cleaning and maintenance, so we were left without our morning caffeine fix. (By the way, the hotel should reconsider the security of the shared luggage storage room. If a simple sandwich can be stolen despite the presence of cameras, it’s concerning that someone might not be deterred from taking something much more valuable. It definitely makes you think twice about leaving your belongings there ;)
But...our morning was completely saved by LouLou, the restaurant located downstairs. We had a perfect English breakfast and excellent coffee there. A great bonus is the 10% discount for hotel guests—just show your key card!
The staff there were wonderful; the girls welcomed us warmly and worked quickly, making sure our morning wasn't ruined. A huge "respect" to them for the great service!

very smooth, modern, and high-quality self-service experience in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and modern. Even though it's a self-service concept, the check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and easy. The breakfast was also excellent and a great way to start the day.

Cons:

Everything went perfectly; it was a very efficient and comfortable stay.

Pros:

The location is good, close to the city center, old town and others main Tallinn sights.

The hotel feels safe - almost everything is accessible with cards given to guests.

Cons:

The room had air conditioning, but the air was too hot and dry somehow.

I think the rooms are a little bit expensive for what it has to offer.

The shower ground is like flat, and water just ran on all the bathroom floor. And water kind of smeller like chlorine.

But overall, it's a nice location.

Overall, I am completely satisfied with the hotel and happy with everything. I stay at your hotel once every two to three months, sometimes alone and sometimes with my children. The only thing I don’t like is the water pressure in the shower! It’s practically impossible to wash properly, as the water barely flows...

The pressure of water flow in the bathroom was very low. Also there was no window in the room and it was not mentioned before.
