The room was clean. Had a bunch of things like washer/dryer combo, stove, fridge, dishwasher. It was pretty spacious. My biggest complaint was that the sofa bed was broken i couldnt pull it out without further breaking couch and my kid had to sleep on the uncomfortable couch seats or on the floor. He ended up sleeping with us. Which was a mood killer lol. They dont have an employee on site, so if you have problems you have to text using an app.
It was overall a nice place, and conveniently located.
The air conditioner in the bedroom was loud, and most of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work.
Solid option, decent location near some great restaurants, and easy 20-30 min walk over the bridge to Coors Field and the area around Union Station. It had all the amenities we needed. Only things that weren't awesome were that the tables were dirty when I arrived and the air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep, back on when it got hot, off again to sleep, etc.
It’s great, loved it last time. This time was great and I’ll continue booking here.
The bathroom counter was separated from the wall. I had to move it back to place. There was “tags” on three of the windows for the duration of our stay. There were broken tights in the hallway. Three devices need remotes and only two had batteries so we spent the weekend shuffling batteries back and forth. I left behind a pair of AirPods and reached out to the app chat for assistance and I was told is that there is a process for lost items, there is a process for lost items. They could not be bothered to explain the process. Very frustrating.
We loved the space--great furniture, lots of kitchen counter space. The bed was really comfortable, too.
The location was great. The price was right. The place was… ehh. Blinds in living room were broken so if you were sleeping on the couch bed, you weren’t sleeping in. The traffic noise was not bad at all but the noise in the building was way too much. Needed an app to tell you how to work the lights and fan. Also way too much.
Great place for families
Great option for families
Check-in was terrible. I paid for early check in, got my new room code, and it didn’t work. I was on the phone for over 40 minutes trying to remedy the situation, most of the time on hold. They asked me to tell them my room code over the phone which is an unsafe thing to ask anyone to do outside of their room, hotel staff should know this. They finally helped me get the key out of the lockbox because the lockbox code was provided but not the lockbox number. I did get a new door code that worked but I didn’t trust it after all of that so I had to carry the single key with me when I went out to dinner for the evening. Place is clean enough and there’s ample sound machines to drown out the hallway and city noise. Won’t be back.
I never stayed at Sonder. My booking was cancelled by them the day before. Needless to say not very happy with them. Scandalpus way to treat a custoner suspect I was gazumped and someone paid more for my room .
The lack of outlets near the bed is inconvenient. The dining options nearby are great, and the location is very convenient and walkable
All in all, it was a good stay. The location is incredibly convenient but the downside is that you're literally right by the freeway. They kindly provide earplugs on the nightstand plus there's the AC/heater fan to act as white noise.
The place was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen has minimalist set up which is great for making breakfast or doing up an easy quick meal in the evening if you don't feel up to going out. My only issue was the chef's knife was SUPER dull making is difficult to chop even an onion (and dull knives are way more dangerous than sharp ones).
Truthfully the only negative issue we had was running out of toilet paper on day 3 of our 4 day stay. I tried contacting Staff through their chat app and was told TP would be delivered that afternoon. Alas, we returned too discover NO delivery was made. So we (3 adult women) spent the next 18 hours having to use Kleenex tissue in liu of toilet paper.
Outside of that, I would give high marks and recommend Sonder Osage. Just maybe pack your own TP if your staying for more than a couple of nights.
Great
This was a very bad experience. Directions not clear on check in and we were transfered to 4 different people at midnight when we were tired from traveling before we got into our room. Then we discover that the bed was dirty and we had to sleep on top of the sheet because there is no one around for us to get sheets from. They wanted us to go to the linen closet and get our own sheets to change the bed, but there were no sheets in the linen closet. We had one towel for 2 grown adults, the tea kettle did not work and there was no coffee for the coffee pot. Worse of all there was black mold in the bathroom. We asked for compensations for the horrible experience, but we were just yessed to death and ignored. A manager was suppose to call back, but no call. Wow, there are other minor things, but WOW - this was not good by any means.
We stayed at this location based on how close it was to Coors Field and the price. Overall, the room was spacious but we had to deal with being right next to a main road and not much separated us from the passerby’s. The property is obviously aware of this with supplying ear plugs and their attempt to cover up the windows as much as possible with thin curtains. Most of the furniture is pretty low to the ground and you have to essentially climb into the shower/tub combo, but the kitchen was open and nice to have. The A/C, shower, Washer/Dryer combo, and the dishwasher were very loud, which only added to the nearby street and pedestrian noise. The keypad for our unit only worked sometimes, luckily somebody was on site one time we couldn’t get in who could help and gave us a key. Decent for the price but probably won’t stay at this location again.
Be prepared to walk. Could never get the TV to work. The refrigerator started making noises I had to unplug it. But it was already unplugged.
I throughly enjoyed my stay at this property. A lot of appliances made it easy to save on food costs, as I could cook myself instead of dining out every day.
A very clean property, within walking distance to Denver Union Station.
Never got in the door. Handicapped ramp too steep. No one there to check me in. Had to get another hotel and file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
I loved the safety of the building. I loved the amenities in our apartment. I would definitely stay here again.
