Great value and Location
Pros:

Pros: Perfect location for walkability in Lohi and Coors Field/downtown. We used to live in the neighborhood but were visiting from out of town and had our car, but one would absolutely not need one in this location- plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and being in town for dr visits vs tourism it was nice to have a kitchen and living room. Door code was easy to access. For the price this is an absolute great option!!

Cons:

Cons: If you do have a car, know that street parking is limited to 3 hours from 10AM-10PM and the reserved parking offered is $50/night. We had minimal towels - 1 normal sized towel and 1 small towel (like for hair) was all that was provided for a 2 night stay with 2 people. The rooms feature window units, and while the temperature was mostly comfortable during our 100F degree stay, it was incredibly noisy at night if you are a light sleeper. My husband wasn't a fan of the bed, but I thought it was fine. If you prefer fancier stays and staff, something else might suit you better. Our unit faced the off ramp from the interstate but we didn't actually notice any noise due to the window units.

Pros:

The apartment was clean and the location was great. The bathroom was nice and it had everything indicated in the description.

Cons:

The apartment door was faulty, making it quite difficult to open. I'm certain this was a known issue that had not been addressed. I didn't love the layout of the apartment which was long and narrow.

Alles in allem ist das eine Super Anlage, liegt sehr Zentral, hat gute Restaurants in der Umgebung.
Pros:

Super Ausstattung, alles da was man braucht. Saubere und schöne Wohnung. Restaurants sind in der näheren Umgebung.

Cons:

Bedauerlicherweise traten Schwierigkeiten beim Zugang zum Hotel auf (der Key funktionierte nicht). Ohne die Sonder App erwies sich dies als äußerst schwierig. Die Parkplätze sind auch etwas begrenzt.

Pros:

mini appartamento subito fuori dal quartiere di LoDo, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, zona molto tranquilla e carina.
anche se l'hotel affaccia sulla superstrada che circonda Denver non abbiamo sentito nessun tipo di rumore, l'appartamento era super attrezzato con comodissima cucina, e lavatrice.

Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Denver!
Pros:

Fantastic location in a great neighbourhood (LoHi). Plenty of eateries around. Easy walk into the CBD. Bedrooms are nice and the place has all required amenities (including a washer/dryer).

As per other reviews, there is noise from the freeway traffic and air con, however, we did not find this to be a hindrance at all!

Cons:

Bathroom could do with a touch up. Paint peeling and minor mould due to minimal ventilation.

Pros:

In 20min zu Fuss im Stadtzentrum (Einkaufsmeile). Sichere Gegend. Bei Fragen schnelle Antwort durch den Vermieter. Wifi hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

kompliziertes Check-in Verfahren (online check-in, vor Ort ist niemand), aber schnelle Antwort bei Fragen. Man sollte darauf achten, den Code für das Gebäude/Zimmer 24h vorher herunterzuladen, falls man kein Internet vor Ort hat. Check-in hat bei uns aber funktioniert.

Parkplätze nicht immer verfügbar. Man kann es nicht reservieren und findet auf gut Glück einen Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft, ansonsten muss man in den umliegenden Strassen suchen.

Feet away from a busy intersection next to a freeway….noisy and not recommended

Cons:

This is an old apartment building that’s been partially rehabbed into a Marriott Airbnb. It’s on a very busy street and our ground floor bedroom was less than 10 feet from a busy intersection feeding onto an interstate entrance ramp. A white noise machine and earplugs were provided in our bedroom but didn’t even begin to mask the all-night traffic noise just feet away from where we tried to sleep. This apartment is in a nice area near downtown but the location on a very busy street next to a major freeway….what was Marriott thinking??????

very nice for the couple of days we spent there but it had some downsides.
Pros:

it was very nice and comfy. and in a good location we went to a concert and it was a perfect drive so when we got there it was super crowded since we were a little late for the time we wanted to leave.

Cons:

the TV did a weird thing and the volume wouldn't change for some reason and also the fridge kept beeping and i think the freezer was messed up.
