Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica, el barrio de Prenzlauerberg es tranquilo y con mucho encanto. La habitación era tal cual la esperábamos, camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. El personal estuvo siempre disponible. Nos dejaron un detallito cada mañana en la puerta y alquilamos las bicis un día, parecían nuevas, experiencia 100% recomendable si visitáis Berlín.

Pros:

The location is on a quiet street, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Super clean and service people are nice. Using Code is convenient. Communication is good. We stayed for one week, so an extra cleaning was offered. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Upon check-in you need to pay a tax of about 8% accommodation fee, that was not obvious when I booked it. The kitchen was simple, and located deep in the apartment, the cooking smell stays inside.

Pros:

De locatie is ideaal, een leuke straat in Prenzlauer Berg. Aan alle faciliteiten was gedacht, dat was ideaal. We werden warm welkom geheten met een leuk pakketje. Dat maakte de ontvangst persoonlijk, ondanks dat er geen contact was (je krijgt een deurcode). Wasmiddel, vaatwastabletten, keukenrol: alles wat je nodig hebt (en meer!) is aanwezig.

Cons:

Het matras is echt aan vervanging toe, we lagen in een diepe kuil. De bedbank sliep daarentegen wel heerlijk!

Great location, great organization, we felt that the staff was just ready to help us
Pros:

Everything was truly perfect. The Bensimon motto "leave.home to be home" applies very much. We found welcoming letters and sweet little gifts every day. Tge only two points where improvement might be possible are: a second hook in the bathroom for the second handtowel, there is ample space. And the lightproof store of the main window is just too small, light seeps in on two sides by 5 o'clock. This store would need to be 50% larger and would then be perfect.
Otherwise everything was great. We can only say how impressed we were with the immediate co tact we could take with Bensimon and the helpful answers within 2 minutes. That is truly excellency.
