Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Besonders der Mitarbeiter, der morgens früh am Empfang war, war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich glaube, er ist aus den Philippinen:)

Cons:

Ich habe eine Nacht für 120 CHF in diesem 4-Sterne-Hotel gebucht, dafür hätte ich deutlich mehr Qualität erwartet. Das Zimmer wirkte, als wäre es schon lange nicht benutzt oder gelüftet worden. Die gesamte Wäsche roch unangenehm, besonders die Badetücher stark. Über dem Bett hing ein Spinnennetz, der Boden war bei meiner Ankunft schmutzig, sodass man nicht ohne Schuhe laufen konnte (Hausschuhe wurden keine zur Verfügung gestellt).

Im Badezimmer staute sich das Wasser im Lavabo massiv und floss nur sehr langsam ab. Der Duschkopf war schmutzig und stark verkalkt. Die Sauberkeit entsprach keinesfalls einem 4-Sterne-Standard.

Obwohl ich die Hausregeln respektiert und draussen beim vorgesehenen Aschenbecher geraucht habe, wurde ich von der angeblichen „Eigentümerin“ unangemessenen angewiesen, mich vom Parkplatz zu entfernen weg vom Haus zu rauchen, trotz Regen und ohne dass ich Regeln verletzt hätte. Zusätzlich wurde angedroht, sich beim Hotel über mich zu beschweren.

Für diesen Preis erwarte ich Sauberkeit und professionellen Umgang. Beides war leider nicht gegeben, und der Aufenthalt wurde dadurch deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Pros:

Hotel anhand dre Lage (Durchreise) gewählt, Lage super und erstaunlich ruhig für Mitten in der Stadt und nahe der Autobahn.

Cons:

Ventilator im BAD ist sehr Laut = Jammern auf hohem Nievau.
