Disappointing facilities but reasonable price for area.
Pros:

Friendly reception staff and reasonable price for Switzerland.

The restaurant and bar had been closed for some time but the description continues to list them among facilities included. The room was poorly maintained with shelf bracket hanging off the wall.

Pros:

The hotel changed our room after we raised our concerns. The rooms had AC.

Cons:

Upon arriving at the hotel, we checked into our room and immediately noticed mold inside the fridge, where we had planned to store some food. There was also a strong moldy smell throughout the room and a large stain on the floor.

I went downstairs and asked the receptionist whether it would be possible to change rooms. At first, he told us that there were no other rooms available. However, after I explained that the room was dirty and that there was mold in the fridge, he eventually offered us another room.

The second room was better, but considering the price, the overall quality still did not meet my expectations.

Pros:

Chambre familiale de taille très correcte avec un petit frigo. Personnel gentil. Le parking est un plus ainsi que l'air conditionné en cette canicule. Petit déj très satisfaisant. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit.

Cons:

Pt etre l'emplacement près de la route mais nous n'avons rien entendu !

Peccato che purtroppo era molto sporco, il suo potenziale sarebbe molto alto.

Il parcheggio comodo e sicuro e la camera spaziosa.

Cons:

Basterebbe curare di più la pulizia generale delle camere per renderla una struttura accogliente. Purtroppo non avevano passato né l’aspirapolvere né lavato i pavimenti. Tazze e cucchiaini erano usati. Le tende erano grigie dalla polvere. Gli asciugamani sfilacciati assolutamente non più proponibili, se non come stracci da pavimento. In bagno c’erano schizzi di saponi vari e capelli rimasti appiccicati sulle pareti. Peccato… basterebbe davvero più attenzione e cura nell’igiene per cambiare faccia all’hotel. Il suo potenziale sarebbe molto alto.
