Perfect location with great choice of restaurant nearby. Nice room and facilities. But the most impression to me is the hospitality of the whole team, from bell boy to reception or Sam - the GM of the hotel that I was lucky to have chance to talk to him. This make my stay in the hotel to.be unique. Feel like home.😍
Annika Palace Hotel in Phnom Penh Cambodia was well situated and easy access to the main tourist sites. The hotel is approx 4 years old and is designed to have a classic old charm about it. The staff were both friendly & professional. The 2 days we stayed there we had daily visits to Anik ROM Yol Spa for sauna, gym and facial treatments and massages including a 90 min hot stone massage. My firm massage yesterday by Met, was the best I have had in a long time. My partner enjoyed his medium pressure hot stone massage as well. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to organise 24 hrs blind massage which helps the blind community here. We can highly recommend staying here & having spa treatments. If we come back we would definitely stay here again, with a visit or 2 to the ROM Yol Spa
This being a 4 star Hotel - we were very disappointed from the time we checked in the staff were miserable. Gave us a room with no windows and a smelly carpet. We were the given another room with no window but wooden flooring, for breakfast very little choice especially if you are a vegetarian.
No hot water in the bathroom for a shower.
They do have a lovely roof top bar.
A stunning hotel with an amazing rooftop bar and fantastic, apartment like rooms. In particular Thaky is absolutely fantastic with great recommendations for both trips and experiences and always with a smile on her face 😁
I had a wonderful stay at Anik Hotel in Phnom Penh. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived—everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.
I want to give special appreciation to Sam, the hotel manager. He truly impressed me with his professionalism and his friendly, approachable personality. He always made sure guests were comfortable and taken care of, and his positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.
- Great service,
- Friendly staff
- Outstanding management team.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh!
stayed in anik palace for 4 nights, from pick up at airport to taking me back, a perfect holiday, a great experience. besides, GM helped me organize a driver for a 2 days' trip to kampot, including kep, crab city, and a pepperfarm.
check-in, room, meals at top floor, with pool, top, great, most friendly staff pampering the guests with great food, supporting whenever needed. the GM always present, supporting staff if necessary, hardly seen before in other top hotels, teamwork at its best.
to summarize: 6-star service in 4-star anik palace
I have stayed in many hotels throughout the world and this must rate as one of the best for value for money and service. The rooms are spacious,an excellent breakfast ,the rooftop pool ideal and the General manager Mr Sam was forever helpful and smiling.I have returned many times and will continue to do so .The hotel is central with excellent lifts for access. The ambience is excellent and the rooms very quiet . All in all 10/10
In the heart of a neighborhood that is favored by expats, the location is great. Within easy walking distance of popular venues elsewhere in Phnom Penh as well as the BKK1 neighborhood of its location, this well-priced hotel is extremely convenient. At the same time, the Anik Palace Hotel is steps from plenty of local charm. Thanks to an extraordinarily hard-working and accommodating manger, who always has been eager to respond to our requests, we cannot recommend the place too highly. We have stayed there several times and will again in coming months.
Centrally located and very striking from the outside. Interior undergoing some minor renovation, easy check in and we were given a better room.
Room was pleasant enough with a good size bed and enough wardrobe space etc. Bathroom was tight and condensed with a good powerful shower which then poured out onto the floor. Sink area was too busy and not a big enough area. The bath was a nice touch but difficult to get into with a wide tiled edge to step over.
Nice rooftop pool and bar with happy hour twice daily.
The air con in the room was excessively noisy.
Breakfast was okay, would’ve been better if the buffet was hot.
Serving team on the rooftop bar were elusive when it came to getting drinks and the lunch we had wasn’t great. Cheese toastie with tomato soup had 3 spoonfuls of soup and ham in the sandwich. The cheese covered about 1/3 rd of the bread. We then waited 25 minutes for a replacement to come out by which time we’d eaten all of ours.
We had no idea of the layout of Phnom Penh but Anik’s location seemed to be about 10 minutes from everything we wanted to go. The Staff are very welcoming and are there to make your stay special. Every request is handled promptly and proficiently. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. Our room was gorgeous and luxurious and definitely worth the room rate. We dined at the hotel and enjoyed the Khmer dishes we had. The pool area looks small online but in reality it wasn’t. We didn’t have any problems finding a day bed to spend a few hours enjoying the Sun, the pool and a few cocktails. All the Anik staff made us feel at home.I would recommend staying there.
Amazing experience! From very warm kind stuff all the way to an amazing bar upstairs. Everyone was eager to greet you with a smile and ask how your day was. Great location as well and the facilities are great! Rooms where very spacious and quite modern and clean.
Great location, service and facility. Especially the staff were super attentive to make me feel at home. The hotel and the rooms resemble a real palace with a royalty feel. Buffett breakfast every morning with a delicious latte before starting the day. Thankyou 🙏
Anik has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's in a great location and the sky bar is great. I've stayed twice and enjoyed it immensely. Highly recommended.
Great hospitality, prime location, the room is fabulous with rooftop pool and bar, great breakfast with many choices, we had a great experience with Anik Palace Hotel, we will return again soon.
One of the best hotels I have stayed at, the staff are lovely, the facilities are amazing - pool, saunas and the gym is next level. For a long stay it quickly felt like home!
Good location in the heart of Phnom Penh
A walking distance from the river and Monument. And the King Place. Very convenience with a lot of restaurant near by
Whether you are a business or leisure traveller, you will love the location, everything you need to see around Phnom Penh is nearby. Anik Palace offers descent menu for your appetite but if you crave for more, there are plenty of options around.
The hotel staff is well mannered and courteous. The ambience is very nice. I love the European style interiors, it makes you feel royal.
Rooms offer descent and quiet space for all your needs from relaxing to working on your laptop. Housekeeping staff is swift in their work and make sure you always experience a clean room.
With their competitetive rates and service, I feel the hotel is value for money.
Staffs were very friendly and supportive. This booking was for my daughter and her two friends. The staffs helped with a person to pickup from airport and the receptionist (Judii) took care to ensure that the person waited in arrival section to pickup. As this was my daughter's first visit to Cambodia, I was bit worried. But the hotel staffs took care of her from airport pickup , comfortable hotel stay and airport drop. Hotel room was extremely clean. And the ambience around was very pleasant inside the hotel..Food was also tastier and worth the money spent. Location was closer to University of Puttisastra and many shopping places around. Overall, it was a memorable stay and I would strongly recommend.
We paid extra to stay in a classic king with balcony room which disappointingly was windowless with only 1 single leaf standard sized glass door in the corner of the bedroom giving access out to the balcony. This room type consisted of a seperate sitting room that you first entered into, with tv and sofa, this room was windowless and devoid of any natural light, then a short hallway leads into a seperate bedroom - this was also dark with minimal natural light/ view aside from the small glass door in the corner, I disliked the room and it fell short of expectations of what a balcony room would be. In hindsight I should have asked to move.
Another irritant was that a portion of the ground floor is under renovation and the spa is closed, noise did not affect our stay, however it would have been ethical to disclose that renovation works had been underway since Sep25.
And surprisingly, we also experienced an unfriendly reception on arrival, the welcome drink included in our booking was not offered, our unsmiling receptionist gave us a rushed verbal download of times for all facilities and operations of hotel and then pointed in the direction of the lifts.
However we thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool /open air bar dining. In these areas, staff were friendly and attentive (as they were @ breakfast), lots of sunbeds including cabanas which were complimentary providing a welcome relief from the wonderful hot weather. Hotel location was good as well with easy cheap access via Tuk Tuks that are available on the grab app.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel because of our dark windowless room, a shame.
Kimlay was fantastic ever recommending restaurants around and had a very friendly service.
Rooms are very clean and the breakfast was delicious.
