Consistently praised: staff described as friendly, attentive and extremely helpful across many reviews; multiple mentions of an especially helpful driver/guide (Kimlay).
Location
9.2
Several reviewers call out a great/very good location; location is positively noted and supports the overall strong sentiment.
Room Quality
8
Many reviews praise comfortable, well-designed rooms, excellent bedding and soundproofing, but at least one review reports dated rooms and maintenance problems (broken closure, overflowing shower, blocked window) which lowers this score.
Amenities

Central location, clean and excellent breakfast and service.
Pros:

Location was very central and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were also very helpful. High standards of cleanliness.

Cons:

The bedroom in the suite we had was an internal room without its own window. However, if had a glass door onto the balcony which let in some natural light.
Slippery tiles around the pool.

Falta de AC
Cons:

O facto de não ter ar condicionado nas áreas comuns. Os corredores, elevadores e zona de pequeno-almoço estavam excessivamente quentes.

Hopefully better next time
Cons:

There was significant construction noise during my stay. The original room I was given was very tired and dated compared with the room from my previous stay, despite this stay being more expensive.

Reception then instructed me to move rooms because they did not want any guests staying on the 4th floor due to the ongoing work.

On one occasion, I could not even access the elevator properly because rooms had been emptied and cupboards and furniture had been left blocking the elevator entrance. I actually had to climb over the furniture just to get through.

Overall, the construction work, disruption and condition of the original room made this stay considerably worse than my previous experience at the hotel, despite paying a higher price.

An Amazing Gem of a hotel in Central Phnom Penh. I will finitely return
Pros:

This Gem of a hotel in the heart on Phnom Penh.
Everything is exceptional. Gym was amazing high end. Roof top restaurant /swimming pool like a resort/spa. Staff very friendly and well trained to a high level. Why do you not promote this hotel more. I have been travelling to Phnom Penh for years only just found it.

Cons:

Absolutely Everything . Breakfast and wine bar the best.

Good hotel but forget about the breakfast and dinner there.
Pros:

Sweet staff and very clean hotel. Construction of the hotel very romantic and made correctly incl. water system…

Cons:

Breakfast very bad and cold and not much food when we arrive for breakfast 9 am…. Swimmingpool not deep enough (only 1.3 meter) and only for children. Food meny in the restaurant not atttactive so we went outside for dinner. Good but very expensive massage. 5% service and 10% tax everything in the hotel.
