Posizione ottima, zona con tipicissimi ruins bar e ben fornita di mezzi a pochi minuti dalla struttura. La comunicazione con l’host molto veloce e semplice, camera calda, pulita e spaziosa in una struttura carina.

Cons:

All’arrivo è stato un po’ più complesso comunicare con le persone del palazzo che accompagnano in stanza per via della lingua, in ogni caso ci siamo capiti velocemente e l’host è super disponibile a rispondere a tutto via chat. Forse avrei fornito un asciugamano in più a testa.

The only thing that was bad is it said there would be free parking and there just wasnt, we got lucky because we were only there for the weekend so it was free to park anywhere, but it would have been a problem if we were staying longer

A lakás szép és tiszta.

Cons:

A lakáshoz nem tartozik parkoló mivel autóval érkeztünk nekünk ez nagyon sok plusz költséget jelentett. Plusz tele a környék hajléktalannal, koszos, a vizelet szag borzasztó. Érkezéskor a portás lyukas ruhában igénytelenül fogadott minket így nagyon izgultam milyen lesz maga a szállás.

Vrlo neugodno iskustvo s osobljem. Čovjek je bio neljubazan, nervozan, ljutit te ne priča engleski niti bilo koji drugi jezim osim mađarskog. Nismo se mogli razumjeti, a on je na nas još vikao i nazvao nas ružnim imenima. Zaista loše iskustvo s čovjekom koji nas je uputio do našeg apartmana, nadam se da ostatak osoblja nije takvo.

The location and cleanliness of the apartment were good, disappointed in Security Guards and taxi

Two issues....
1/ The "free taxi " from the airport ( included in the cost) was 90 minutes late . No apology from the driver . No interaction from the driver e,g " Is this your first time in Budapest ? " nothing like that , very disappointing. Would probably not use Booking. Com again because of this.
2/ The security guard at Gracia Appartments that greeted us was surely, grumpy and unfriendly. It was the same from his colleagues throughout our stay. This is no exaggeration. They really were uninterested
