I miss certain things since the change of ownership but I understand the reasons. The coffeemaker in the room was a favorite of ours as well as the multi-coffee machine in the breakfast area. Those morning lattes and cappuccinos were excellent.

The manager Natasha, the rudeness, unprofessional, using Bluetooth headset to talk with family. Neglecting answering the phones and the amount of times guests had to find her outside for help was ridiculous. She had her some there running around one night to a their food was scatter, literally scattered on front desk.

They did not have my reservation correct. I booked a king suite with a sleeper sofa and they said I did not and they did not have one available so I had to wait about 30 minutes while they were checking in a large group of families of little league baseball players. Then they finally gave us a queen suite . One of Tbe ladies at check in was dressed very sloppily and did not appear to be very professional at all. After we checked in and got our things in our room, we left to go out and immediately outside the front door where everyone was coming in and out was 2 employees smoking.
Not further away from the building, but at the actual entrance to the hotel. I found that to be disrespectful of the clients staying there, one of them being the same lady who was working the check in desk .

There was issue after issue. Got there and pillowcases were soiled had not been changed, the chair and ottoman were filthy, the elevator was broken 3 of the 4 days had to walk up and down to 3rd floor. Card keys were only programmed for 2 days and should have been for 4 came in late had to go back down stairs again to get them reprogrammed. Room towels replaced, bed not made, roll of waste basket bags left on ironing board. Bathroom not swept. There bugs in the entryway, stairwell and pretty much any entrance. It’s in the country I get it but maintenance should handle that, rooms. Almost 800$ for that stay definitely not worth it find another accommodation. Staff were apologetic and nice.

The equipment in the fitness room was cheap and in disrepair. Also, the towels specific to the fitness room were never stocked, and the dirty ones were not picked up during the week I spent there. They have a laundry room. The machines accept quarters, but there are none on the property. Neither as a change machine nor at the front desk. Though they are willing to sell you laundry soap and dryer sheets. The weekend maids did not resupply towels in my room, but did clear out the dirty ones. I ran out of towels by Monday. When the weekday maid worked.

Clean, located next to a Walmart, priced okay, and a very helpful manager.

The bed was way too small for a queen bed and it was super hard. Horrible to sleep on

We stayed in a suite, and it had two TV's and it was very hard to control both separately.

The fact housekeeping tried to come in our room at 9 am without knocking before it was time to check out. I was in the bathroom and I heard them try to come in our room.

The receptionist couldn’t figure out how to pull my reservation from booking.com even though she could see it I had already paid the TOTAL amount through booking.com and Natasha could see in my notes where it said DO NOT CHARGE CUSTOMER CREDIT CARD. I’ll be damned if I as double charged from the hotel and from booking and of course they are blaming each other and I’m almost 3 days out and still have been refunded!!!!

The staff. I was told I would be getting a refund and every time I call the manager isn’t there. VERY dissatisfied. Booking.com says they can’t get a hold of them either. TERRIBLE customer service.
