Das Frühstücksbufett, Zimmer war ok.
Zusagen des Personals, ein Taxi für den nächsten Morgen zum Flughafen zu bestellen, ein glutenfreies Frühstück am Morgen der Abreise vorzubereiten wurden nicht eingehalten.

Veldig god service fra personalet, veldig rene og pene fasiliteter og veldig god mat i den tilhørende restauranten.
Bare rullegardin for vinduet. Siden det var vind bråket det for mye av gardinen når jeg forsøkte å sove med åpent vindu. Dette hadde fungert bedre med vanlige gardiner.
Albergo carino, stanza accogliente e pulita. Colazione buona, sia dolce che salata. Lo staff della reception molto gentile, quello della colazione non tanto. Comunque mi sono trovata bene.
La posizione è un po' decentrata, per arrivare in centro bisogna fare una camminata di un quarto d'ora (in salita).
Dejlig stille hele natten, dejligt at kunne få en madpakke med når man skal med et tidlig fly.
Kunne være godt med et æble i posen.

Pick up planned with hotel at the airport and they didn’t show up and didn’t offer any excuses or compensation, very annoying
Hôtel à 15mm du centre, une fois que la réceptionniste m'est montré la direction c'était facile à trouver, ça monte un peu! Chambre, salle de bain toilette propre et fonctionnelle, eau chaude, chauffage. Petit déjeuner en buffet, bien présenté et copieux. Le port qui permet d'accéder aux bateaux d'excursions est 200m. le Boss est belge et parle français ça peut aider !!!
J'avais demandé le transfert aéroport hôtel mais en sortant de l'aéroport je n'avais aucune indication sur le mode de transport. J'ai attendu en stressant et obliger de prendre un taxi. Alors que si j'avais été prévenu , il fallait prendre un grand bus blanc marqué Excursions touristique c'est lui qui désert les hôtels.

Hotel located in port with amazing view on fjords - to city centre Nuuk walking ca. 15 mins.. Room was clean, comfy with all needs facilities. Good and stable Wi-Fi. Fantastic, kind and help crew. Tasty breakfast - everyone find something. Hotel designed in scandinavian artic climate. This all things make my time spend in Greenland unforgotable and stay with me forever. I felt like at home - honestly I recommended this place everyone! Tusind tak!/Qujanarujussuaq :-) <3 <3
