Ryd i deres system, samt nyt "direktør", der ikke har styr på sin hotel

Overordnet var hotellet fint. Lever op til alle forventninger. Rent fysisk.

Cons:

Jeg bestilte igennem Booking, udfyldte normale bestilling oplysninger.
Ved ankomst, skulle jeg betale, med kort og fik betalt 4 dags overnatning.
Efter 3 dags overnatning, fik jeg opkald fra hotellet, "at jeg ikke var checket ud".
Jeg sagde til dem, at jeg har betalt for 4 dags overnatning, skal først checke ud næste morgen.
De sagde, jeg skal betale for ekstra overnatning. Jeg sagde, har allerede betalt.
Næste morgen, da jeg skal til at checke ud, sagde de at jeg skal betale. Jeg sagde at jeg allerede har betalt. Skulle de bruge 30 minutter for at, jeg havde betalt. Selv om jeg kom med kvittering efter 5 minutter, da de spurgte efter betalings kvittering. Jeg sagde til dem min taxa venter på mig, var de ligeglad. Fik opfyldt ønske om udsigt samt mere end forventet i dobbelt seng med meget komfortabel puder og dy
Pros:

Sengen og puderne, sov som en baby😁👌🏼 samt fantastisk udsigt mod vandet.

Cons:

At der ingen lly/dækket tag ell. andet ved rygeområde..samt at der var et meget voldsomt parfume lugt ved receptionen om morgenen så jeg måtte holde mig for næsten, aldrig har jeg oplevet så meget lugt/duft som var lidt for meget af det gode, hvis I forstår hvad jeg mener.

Pros:

Výborná snídaně, pokoj prostorný s kuchyňskou linkou, dostatečným úložným prostorem, perfektně vytopený, skvělá lokalita, přívětivý personál. Využila bych hotel znovu.

Cons:

Pokoj měl trochu nepříjemný čichový vjem, nicméně vyvětrání pomohlo :). Do jednoho z pokojů uprostřed noci přišel člen personálu (omylem se domníval, že je pokoj prázdný a šel ho zkontrolovat) a vyděsil kamarádku, ale personál se ráno omluvil.

Alle Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren extrem bemüht, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, das war auffallend in aller Hinsicht.

Cons:

Ausstattung Badezimmer selbst im gehobenen Zimmer nur 2-Sterne Niveau. Frühstück war dürftiger als in einer Jugendherberge.bei Zimmerpreis von über 320€ Null Vielfalt, keine Kaffeemaschine - da geht noch einiges.

Pros:

Dejlig morgenmad, passende udvalg. Godt værelse, gode senge og dejligt varmt vand i hanerne. Fantastisk udsigt til havn. Venligt og smilende personale. Pænt og rent.

Definitely stay here if not you would regret it
Pros:

Their food is great. Definitely need to try it. My breakfast is included so I have it everyday. On separate dates, I have the lunch and dinner. The lunch I have the reindeer burger and dinner I have the fish and chips. Both are delicious and the service was great. Definitely try their local beers, they have a selection of it on their menu.

Also I was very moved because I wanted to send a postcard to my son who lives far away. My flight was in the morning so I could not go to the post office. The front desk offered to go to the post office in my absence and he also select a few good looking stamps suitable for my child. I will never forget this friendly gesture and will definitely return to this hotel again.

Cons:

Nothing. I love every bit of the experience and the peace and quiet to enjoy the Greenland scenery.
