Pros:

I booked a night at this property, through Expedia, for a friend of mine. When she arrived, they said they had no room available for her and all the rooms were full. My booking was paid for, valid, and confirmed. The staff were unhelpful and she could not reach the manager to speak with them. I contacted Expedia, who also tried to contact the hotel, but they were 'unresponsive'. To their credit, Expedia found her another room close by and paid the difference, although they did initially ask me to pay.

This hotel was happy to turn away a lone female with a valid booking and little money in her pocket, and leave them on the streets of Lagos with no help and nowhere to stay. Shame on them. I ask you to please avoid this hotel for that reason, and because you may also arrive to find they have sold the room you paid for to someone else.
