Interstar Hotel

It is a 4 stars hotel, having issues with hot water for almost 2 days and with the air conditionner for more than one day, knowing that we are staying hew days only in the hotel is abnormal.
However, the service (staff) was good.

Evrythinks are ok except breakfast was weak and the room was small
Hotels price was very expensive, I dont know exactly, genarally hotels price is expensive or this hotel is expencive.

Perfect location- only minutes walk to the tram station, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc. The neighborhood felt very safe. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet with a beautiful view.

Great property for value. Staff if very friendly, coffee and cookies at the front. The refrigerator didn’t work well was the only issue but staff provided cold water for us.

Excellent service

The place is clean and quiet . Housekeeping is daily if you opted to. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is good. Most of the attractions are so close and you can reach it on foot. All in all, it’s perfect for the price.

Absolute Empfehlung!

The hotel’s location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Bazaar and the two famous mosques. However, the service was disappointing. The staff was rude, and our room was not cleaned daily unless we specifically requested it. Basic amenities, like coffee, were not replenished.

During breakfast, I asked the kitchen staff if I could have an extra omelet, and the response was shocking. The lady seemed upset and told me there was a strict limit of two eggs per person. She then proceeded to tell the entire hotel staff about my request, which was both unprofessional and embarrassing.

Additionally, I had booked an economy two-bed room, and the queen bed was broken. When I addressed this with the front desk, the gentleman dismissed my concern, saying, “This is the room you booked for the price you are paying.” I was stunned—especially knowing there were other hotels in the same price range that offered much better accommodations.

Overall, I’m very disappointed and don’t understand how this hotel has such great reviews. I would not stay here again.

Excellent location for many tourist attractions. The staff really couldn’t have been better, an absolute credit to the company. Room clean and tidy, excellent value for money.

Very convenient location, easy walk to attractions. Small but clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fresh and pleasant in the enclosed rooftop terrace with a sea view. Staff was exceptionally helpful with excursion recommendations. Highly recommend this affordable hotel.

Very friendly hotel staff all the way through. Desk staff was brilliant. Also kitchen staff were very friendly too. Had no problem what so ever. Staff always smiling and ready to help and answer any question. Clean all the way through.
