Interstar Hotel

Pokój, który mieliśmy był naprawdę bardzo bardzo maleńki. Łóżko zajmowało zdecydowaną większość pokoju. Obchodząc go uderzało się albo w jego bok albo w otwarte okno (było ciepło). Ręczniki w czasie 6-dniowego pobytu wymieniono nam jeden raz i to na sam koniec pobytu.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. El desayuno es muy flojo.

Camera bella con tutti i servizi , ma un po piccola . Peccato di fianco all Albergo ci sia una moschea , che ti sveglia ogni mattina alle 5 circa .

1- Quarto menor do que o esperado, muitas marcas de desgaste e pouca manutenção, banheiro minúsculo (apenas 1 pessoa cabia por vez) e nem sempre havia água quente (maioria das vezes morna)
2- serviços medianos: serviço de quarto nao trocou as toalhas nenhuma vez durante a semana (toalhas manchadas que pareciam graxa), café da manha fraco e quase sempre comida muito fria, chá e café intragáveis, passeios indicados pelo hotel fracos e sem graça
3- localização perto do centro mas horrível ao mesmo tempo: a cidade é uma grande “quebrada” e o hotel fica bem no meio dela. Ou seja, as ruas que circundam o hotel parecem bem perigosas à noite (nao é recomendado andar sozinho), o megafone da mesquita fica grudado às janelas do hotel fazendo com que acompanhemos inevitavelmente as orações às 6h da manhã todos os dias.

Sehr dünnes Frühstücksangebot, stark ausbaufähig. Das Hotel bzw. die Zimmer sind sehr abgenutzt.

In die Jahre gekommen, wenig Instandhaltung und Auffrischung. Frühstücksbuffet sehr dünn und viele Kaltspeisen wie Gurken, Tomaten.

Honestly? Nothing.

We were staying 3 nights, with the first one being because we were arriving around 6am. We got the hotel, checked in to find out the room is extremely small and not big enough for 3 adults. The space to pass through to the beds was very slim, with a heavier person not doing so comfortably.
There were not enough towels for 3 people, and 2 of the pillows did not even have pillowcases. The guy at the reception provided the towels and pillowcases, but no apology or anything.
Beds extremely narrow for singles, making it impossible to turn over.
Breakfast was not at that hotel, but a sister one up the road - not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was horrible, it had bread, cheese, some assorted deli meats, that we had no idea what it was, boiled pasta and french fries. No juice, and you had to pay for any coffee or tea.
Member of staff not really helpful not even helping us getting a taxi.
One of the members of out party had a fall and had to receive medical care, and this room was not at all suitable as the facilities were not comfortable, spacious and the breakfast was not acceptable. We moved after this to another hotel.
