Le personnel était très serviable. Le petit déjeuner délicieux.

Cons:

Le matelas pourrait être changé car on ressentait les ressorts et des ventilateurs silencieux en cas de forte chaleur seraient appréciables

Fair price for room and breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Fan provided in bedroom. Good shower. Clean bathroom.

Not easy to find car park. Old building so no air conditioning. Bar closed early.

Cons:

The hotel turns into a night club on a Friday and Sunday which is definitely not clear on the booking.com listing. My friend and I were racing locally on the Sunday morning and the noise didn’t subside until 3AM. I wouldn’t have booked if I have known this.

Enjoyable stay and very friendly staff
Pros:

Staff very friendly and attentive, having stayed on a very hot day/evening the hotel was fully booked for the England football game, they had run out of fans and staff made sure one was purchased and in our room that afternoon. They also made sure there was a spot so we could watch the game in the bar as it was expected to get very busy. The cooked breakfast was very nice 👌

Overall good value, never stay there on a weekend
Pros:

A walk away from the town centre. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel amenities were good. Considering it’s a budget hotel the breakfast was adequate and made to order.

Cons:

We were warned that later in the evening, the dining area was cleared and made into a nightclub. What we weren’t told was that the ultra loud noise (music) would go on until 4.30am !! This is totally unacceptable as we were on the floor directly above the comotion. In hindsight should have requested a room on the 3rd floor and further away from the din.

Would recommend staying at tje Kings Arms
Pros:

Really lovely old pub with very
comfortable accommodation.

Meals were excellent and food allergy easily accommodated for.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
