There wasn’t a single thing to like about this hotel from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the entire experience was disappointing.

Cons:

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out.

I reached the hotel in an auto‑rickshaw, only to be told that autos are not allowed inside the premises. This was unnecessary and inconvenient, especially when travelling with family. Unfortunately, this set the tone for the rest of my stay.

At the reception, despite my Booking.com reservation clearly stating 2 rooms for 3 adults and 1 child with breakfast, the staff insisted the booking was for only 2 people. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they argued and took a long time to check us in.

Once inside the room, the problems continued:
- Only one dental kit was provided.
- Only one towel was placed in the room.
- Drinking water arrived after 2 hours.
- Tea bags were never provided.
- The TV remote didn’t work, and nobody responded to my request for help. After waiting 2 hours, I had to go downstairs myself, only to be told that they couldn’t respond earlier because there was a staff meeting.
- Even after that, the remote was never replaced. Four hours later, I was told all remotes are the same — yet the only button that worked was the power button. I couldn’t change channels at all.
- At 10 PM, they called my room asking if the remote was working now, which was pointless because nothing had been fixed.
- While using the bathroom, the toilet paper holder came off the wall and fell to the floor.
- The drinking water tasted terrible, and it felt like tap water filled into a bottle, not packaged drinking water.

I had paid for breakfast, but the quality was extremely poor. The idlis were hard, and the overall spread was far below acceptable standards.

A major safety concern occurred when I ordered food late at night. The hotel did not allow the delivery person to come inside. As a woman, I had to step outside the hotel in the middle of the night to collect my order. This is completely unsafe and unacceptable.

5star property but behaviour less than 1 star one.
Cons:

In my three day stay I paid 14000 out of 29000 initially but still staff tortured to pay the full amount on first day only.....I requested that on checkout time I will settle the full bill with extra amenities used but hotel staff was rude......I shall never visit again this property not I shall recommend to anyone to make their stay in this property.

The bed was comfortable.
Room size war okay.
Breakfast wasn’t very good.
