excellent séjour à chaque fois : c'etait notre 2e séjour. Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine
Pros:

tout et plus particulièrement le petit déjeuner copieux car très varié.
La proximité de la plage et la vue du balcon de notre chambre

Très déçu pour cette année car c’était la 3eme fois qu’on venait dans cet hôtel apparemment ça ne s’arrange pas

Chambre non faite en fin d’après midi 3 fois la première semaine,ménage dans la chambre très succinct et sol pas propre même eau pour un grand nombre de chambres,souvent manque d’accessoires de toilette coton tige papier toilette lit très mal fait ,très forte odeur d’humidité obligé d’acheter une bombe de désodorisant ,presque blessé gravement avec une planche très lourde sous le meuble de lavabo qui est tombé à côté de mon pied

wonderful memories
Pros:

this is the first time I'd traveled to Nha Trang. My friend recommended some hotel on the beach , I've chosen The Empyrean Nha Trang and I thought this is the right decision for my whole trip. The Reception's Staff welcomed us with a warmly smile. She helped us check in just a few minutes. The room with a nice views , from balcony i could look all the Nha Trang Bay. Absolutely I will chose the Empyrean Nha Trang for my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful memories.

Great sea views and even better staff!
Pros:

If you’re looking for a modern spot right in the heart of the city, The Empyrean is a solid choice. It feels very fresh and polished, though it’s definitely a busy building.
The Best Parts:
• The View: Honestly, the sea view from the room is stunning. Waking up to the entire Nha Trang bay right in front of you makes the stay feel much more high-end.
• The Service: I was really impressed by the staff. The receptionists are incredibly professional—their grooming is impeccable and they handle the busy lobby with a lot of grace. Also, a big plus for the bellmen; they were quick to help with my luggage and brought it straight up to the room, which made the arrival so much smoother.

The only real downside is the elevators. Because the building is so tall and popular, you have to be patient during peak times (like breakfast or check-out).
Conclusion
Great for the "aesthetic" and the central location. The service from the front desk and bell team really sets a high standard for the stay.

Cons:

Piscine qui nous a décidé à choisir cet établissement et qui n’est accessible que sur rendez vous avec un supplément de 250000 vnd par personne ce qui n’est pas précisé sur le site de réservation.
Coffre fort dans la chambre qui a bippe toute la nuit pas moyen de fermer l’œil réponse de l’hôtel
Nous sommes désolés
Chambre qui sent fort l’humidité et pas balayée.

Pros:

Sängarna var ganska bra, och trevligt med en balkong in mot staden, först var vi besvikna för arr vi inte fick ocean view, men vi tyckte det var trevligt att sitta på kvällen och kolla på staden, alla människor som går omkring, trafiken, butiker, natt livet. Staden ändras verkligen när solen går ner.

Cons:

Problem med hissarna, för lite hissar till hur mycket folk som bodde där, så man fick vänta mellan 15 - 40 min på en hiss varje gång man skulle använda den.
Tak poolen hade man endast acces till en gång om dagen, det var alltid fullsatt. Så inga lediga platser och det fanns ingen rök fri zon vid poolen heller vilket dom i receptionen sa till oss att det skulle finnas. Så välldigt rökigt vid poolen.
Vi fick in kackerlackor på rummet som dom tog hand om, men ändå.

Vi lämnade in kläder på deras tvätt service och när jag inte hade fått tillbaka några kläder dagen efter så ringde jag till receptionen och frågade efter mina kläder, då säger dom att jag måste åka ner med hissen vilket tog ca 1H för att betala för min tvätt så dem kunde senare leverera dem till mitt rum. Dom håller alltså kläderna som gisslan till du har betalat, istället för att bara lägga det på rummet så man kan betala vid ut checkning.

Vi kommer aldrig mer att bo på detta hotel.

Breakfast was not great food cold and ordinary

Cons:

Fresh cooked eggs and fresh bacon not cold and sitting around, coffee was from a machine not great
