Das Frühstück bietet eine reichliche Auswahl, allerdings ist das Angebot fast jeden Tag gleich. Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre wünschenswert.
Das Hotel wird als 5-Sterne-Hotel vermarktet und ist meiner Meinung nach auch nahe an diesem Standard. Allerdings sollte man nicht ganz so genau hinschauen – kleinere Mängel wie kaputte Fliesen werden teilweise nicht ausgetauscht. Hier könnte auch bei der allgemeinen Detail-Sauberkeit noch etwas mehr Sorgfalt erfolgen.
Da das Hotel sehr groß ist, sind die Fahrstühle häufig überlastet. In der Lobby fühlt es sich zeitweise an wie auf einem Bahnhof – sehr belebt und laut.

Rooftop poolen var kall, hade varit bättre om den var uppvärmd. Deras strand är tillgänglig bara fram till kl 15. Inte många vegetariska alternativ i frukost.

The lifts can take a little while to get to you

Hotel na zdjęciach i z daleka wygląda wspaniale, jednak basen na dachu (tylko z tego korzystalismy) jest skrajnie zaniedbany. Szyba która powinna być największą atrakcją, jest strasznie brudna, dookoła basenu pleśń, grzyb, na ścianach to samo. Na windy trzeba rzeczywiście długo czekać.

The fact that there are not enough elevators for so many people. It took ages just to go up and down from your room.

The property is not clean. The room had ant around

During breakfast, refill of bowls and coffee are slow. Bowls were running out that I was not able to eat cereal or congee. Staff is not quick to clean up the plates and cups from table after use. Lifts took longer than usual to arrive the floor.

The gym looked better in the photos . So small with limited equipment . Absolute nightmare getting a lift , the property is combined with residences so always packed and took so long to get to room . Cleaning of the room was never done properly, hair was still there the entire stay and run out of hand soap. Mould in the shower amd around sinks .

De liften en er word slecht onderhouden overal. Zwembad gaat om 5 om dicht🤮 en je mag er maar één keer per dag in als je eruit wil en dan daarna weer in wil moet er voor betaald worden 🤢Losliggende tegels, roest, stank rioollucht in de badkamer, schimmel rolgordijn in de douche, koelkast in de kamer deed het niet, liften lang wachten, geen behoorlijke service bij aankomst aanpakken van koffer bij de lobby, daar is geen helling koffer de trap op tillen. Engels van het personeel is niet best voor zo’n duur hotel.

On our first night, around 9pm, I called reception to report that the curtain in our room had broken and asked for someone to repair it. The staff member on the phone didn’t seem to understand and brushed me off, saying someone would come to check. No one ever did.

1. Our room key card didn’t activate the lift to the skybar from the ground floor. When I went to reception to report it, instead of fixing the card, I was told to find the bellboy to swipe me up. At one point, I was even stuck in the lift because the door button didn’t work—only thanks to another employee calling the lift was I able to get out.

2. We tried to visit the skybar after 6pm for dinner and drinks but were told we had to pay an additional 200,000 VND per person just to enter. This is unacceptable for paying hotel guests who were already prepared to spend money on food and drinks. We chose to go elsewhere.

3. The room itself felt worn. The bathroom needed mold treatment, the chandelier was dusty, and the minibar was empty despite being asked for a 500,000 VND deposit. The hallway on level 26 also had cobwebs.

4. Both the sink and shower drained very slowly.

5. The pool was constantly overcrowded, making it impossible to relax.

6. The lifts were painfully slow, often taking several minutes to arrive. They stopped on multiple floors, became overcrowded, and were uncomfortably hot.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience for a hotel claiming to be 5-star.
