Piscine qui nous a décidé à choisir cet établissement et qui n’est accessible que sur rendez vous avec un supplément de 250000 vnd par personne ce qui n’est pas précisé sur le site de réservation.
Coffre fort dans la chambre qui a bippe toute la nuit pas moyen de fermer l’œil réponse de l’hôtel
Nous sommes désolés
Chambre qui sent fort l’humidité et pas balayée.

Pros:

Sängarna var ganska bra, och trevligt med en balkong in mot staden, först var vi besvikna för arr vi inte fick ocean view, men vi tyckte det var trevligt att sitta på kvällen och kolla på staden, alla människor som går omkring, trafiken, butiker, natt livet. Staden ändras verkligen när solen går ner.

Cons:

Problem med hissarna, för lite hissar till hur mycket folk som bodde där, så man fick vänta mellan 15 - 40 min på en hiss varje gång man skulle använda den.
Tak poolen hade man endast acces till en gång om dagen, det var alltid fullsatt. Så inga lediga platser och det fanns ingen rök fri zon vid poolen heller vilket dom i receptionen sa till oss att det skulle finnas. Så välldigt rökigt vid poolen.
Vi fick in kackerlackor på rummet som dom tog hand om, men ändå.

Vi lämnade in kläder på deras tvätt service och när jag inte hade fått tillbaka några kläder dagen efter så ringde jag till receptionen och frågade efter mina kläder, då säger dom att jag måste åka ner med hissen vilket tog ca 1H för att betala för min tvätt så dem kunde senare leverera dem till mitt rum. Dom håller alltså kläderna som gisslan till du har betalat, istället för att bara lägga det på rummet så man kan betala vid ut checkning.

Vi kommer aldrig mer att bo på detta hotel.

Pros:

Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber, ordentlich, großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden, sodass man sich im Zimmer wohlfühlen kann.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist relativ hoch angesetzt. Dennoch kann ich das Hotel insgesamt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück bietet eine reichliche Auswahl, allerdings ist das Angebot fast jeden Tag gleich. Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre wünschenswert.
Das Hotel wird als 5-Sterne-Hotel vermarktet und ist meiner Meinung nach auch nahe an diesem Standard. Allerdings sollte man nicht ganz so genau hinschauen – kleinere Mängel wie kaputte Fliesen werden teilweise nicht ausgetauscht. Hier könnte auch bei der allgemeinen Detail-Sauberkeit noch etwas mehr Sorgfalt erfolgen.
Da das Hotel sehr groß ist, sind die Fahrstühle häufig überlastet. In der Lobby fühlt es sich zeitweise an wie auf einem Bahnhof – sehr belebt und laut.

Rummet var ren och fräsch, fantastisk utsikt från våning 37. Frukosten var gott men väldigt kinesisk inspirerad.

Cons:

Rooftop poolen var kall, hade varit bättre om den var uppvärmd. Deras strand är tillgänglig bara fram till kl 15. Inte många vegetariska alternativ i frukost.

Super widok z basenu na ostatnim piętrze, fajny przestronny pokój, z szybą między łazienka, a sypialnia. Wygodne, duże łóżko. Smaczne śniadania, spełniające nasze wymagania. Idealna lokalizacja w centrum.

Cons:

Hotel na zdjęciach i z daleka wygląda wspaniale, jednak basen na dachu (tylko z tego korzystalismy) jest skrajnie zaniedbany. Szyba która powinna być największą atrakcją, jest strasznie brudna, dookoła basenu pleśń, grzyb, na ścianach to samo. Na windy trzeba rzeczywiście długo czekać.
