Angenehmes Hotel mit super Service!
Pros:

Kurzfristig für meine Eltern für eine Übernachtung gebucht - und die waren beide sehr zufrieden mit ihrem Aufenthalt: angenehmes, gut ausgestattetes und ruhiges Zimmer, perfekte Lage, Parkmöglichkeit im Haus, freundliches Personal, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis .... Und als I-Tüpfelchen: Das vergessene Portemonnaie meiner Mutter wurde gefunden und gegen eine kleine Gebühr zügig zurückgeschickt. Auch hier war der telefonische Kontakt mit dem Hotel sehr freundlich und kompetent. Vielen Dank!

Ein nicht zu empfehlendes Hotel
Cons:

Die Rezeption nur zum Einchecken besetzt. Das Waschbecken befand sich nicht im Bad, sondern im Zimmer. Insofern ist eine Privatsphäre nicht möglich. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar

Wegen des komplizierten Spät-Checkin würde ich das nicht noch einmal buchen
Pros:

Zimmer ist komfortabel und hat alles, was man braucht.

Cons:

Der so genannte Spätcheck-in beginnt schon 16:30 Uhr. Ich musste mir die Karte in einem anderen Hotel abholen und da auch mein Rad unterstellen. Das hat den Checkin kompliziert gemacht. Ich musste auch das ganze Gepäck dann entsprechend zum anderen Hotel bringen.

TOP Lage, sehr gutes Personal, Frühstück OK, Sauberkeit Bad könnte bessser sein
Pros:

Frühstück für nur 6€ absolut OK, alles "basics" vorhanden inklusive Kochei und Rührei, wenn auch aus dem Tetrapack, abber völlig in ordnung

Cons:

Wie bereits in den Letzten Beurteiligungen: Kopfkissen sind dünn wie 2 Handtücher und die Sauberkeit im Bad könnte verbessert werden.

Bad Hersfeld, ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Bahnhof, die Altstadt, der Kurpark sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück völlig ausreichend

Die Lage war gut und das Zimmer war von der Größe gut.

Cons:

Ich kam nachmittags um ca. 15.15 bei schwüler Hitze im August an und das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. Ich musste noch eine halbe Stunde in der Lobby warten, bis ich aufs Zimmer konnte. Da hätte ich erwartet, dass man mir zumindest ein Wasser aufs Haus anbietet. Aber da kam wirklich nichts. Das fand ich schwach.
