This is an Excellent hotel, centrally located, with a friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast is very good. Service in breakfast area was excellent. Hotel was having computer issues with billing items to room. Wasn't resolved during our stay. The $75.00 deposit wasn't credited at checkout. Having to call to get resolved. We've stayed multiple times and will reserve again when visiting this area. Like the pet friendly option which we have used on prior visits.

Cons:

See note above.Exc

Great stay at The Hyatt Place!
Pros:

The hotel and room were clean. The bed was so comfortable! Good amenities and breakfast! We were there for the Otters games, so it was close to the field. Perfect location too for restaurants!

Cons:

Everything was great. Would stay again.
