Was very satisfied over all.
Pros:

Very nice had a little trash in hallways. But resteraunt was clean and so was room.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t as good as most but it’s part of the package so kinda petty to complain about

The location and beds.

Cons:

The shower didn't work and when I told the front desk the lady said, "It's probably because we're full and everyone is showering, I'll have maintenance check later". Then a few days later I received an extra $10 charge with no explanation.

Check in time was at 3pm. We arrived at 2 and the front desk tells us this. We leave to go eat and when we get back our room still wasn’t ready. We waited over 45 mins for a room. We were in town for a concert. We had to get ready in the bathroom in the lobby and felt rushed. The staff was very apologetic. I don’t know if they were over booked or short staffed. I have never had this happen at any other Hyatt that I’ve stayed in.
