Lovely stay!
Pros:

The location of this property is fantastic. It is situated right across from the Kata Night Market, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, and massage salons nearby. The beach is also just about a 10-minute walk away, which makes it very convenient. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

On the downside, the pool area could use better maintenance, especially the floors, which were quite dirty. The same issue applies to the floors in the rooms—if you walk barefoot, your feet quickly become dirty. While the overall cleanliness is otherwise at a good level, it seems that the floors are not cleaned as thoroughly as they should be. Ants also tend to appear quickly.

Additionally, the kitchen is only equipped with very basic items for eating. If you plan to cook, you may be disappointed, as there are no proper utensils or cookware provided. So while the rooms include a kitchen, it may not be practical for those intending to prepare their own meals.

Pros:

Все хорошо, за те деньги, что мы отдали ( по раннему бронированию). Хорошее расположение, удобный номер. В номере НЕ было сыро.
Девушка на ресепшен дала нам номер там, где мы попросили). На завтраке , по сравнению с прошлым нашим проживанием, стало больше фруктов.

Cons:

Чай на завтрак был в одном чайнике, уже готовый ( просто несколько чайных пакетиков одновременно заварено в чайнике). Это было невкусно и неэстетично. Сыр был в единственном варианте всегда, и он был похож больше на плавленный .
Уборщицы постоянно забывали менять полотенца в ванной и приходилось пользоваться мокрыми.

Goede locatie, en appartement ziet er goed uit en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Erg muffe lucht door het hele hotel, en helaas ook op de kamers. 2x geklaagd bij de receptie en 1x gevraagd voor een andere kamer, maar helaas was deze nog erger als onze eigen kamer. Na 2x grondig schoonmaken nog steeds geen verbetering. Als je van frisse lucht houd zou ik dit hotel niet aanbevelen

Good hotel and value for money but full of Russians..
Pros:

The location, staff and cleanliness was fantastic. The hotel was a little outdated but still okay. It was great value for money and a good place to stay in Kata beach.

Cons:

This place was overrun with Russians. They came across as rude and abrupt with no respect to people and their surroundings. Such a shame for this hotel.

Un bilan globalement très satisfaisant
Pros:

Les locaux sont très accueillants. La piscine est magique, même s’il manque un peu de transats. Le personnel est comme souvent charmant et très attentif. le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Cons:

Certaines chambres ont une forte odeur d’humidité, malgré un changement, il restait quelques odeurs dans la chambre suivante. les sont très grands mais la literie un peu dure.

Helt ok hotell men for kostbart totalt sett.
Pros:

Super personale.

Cons:

Dårlig rengjøring av rommene, badet ble ikke rengjort på 18 døgn. Samme frokost alle dager uten variasjon. Små balkonger. Forholdsvis dyrt å spise i restaurant.
