Amazing stay
Pros:

Goede locatie, en appartement ziet er goed uit en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Erg muffe lucht door het hele hotel, en helaas ook op de kamers. 2x geklaagd bij de receptie en 1x gevraagd voor een andere kamer, maar helaas was deze nog erger als onze eigen kamer. Na 2x grondig schoonmaken nog steeds geen verbetering. Als je van frisse lucht houd zou ik dit hotel niet aanbevelen

Good hotel and value for money but full of Russians..
Pros:

The location, staff and cleanliness was fantastic. The hotel was a little outdated but still okay. It was great value for money and a good place to stay in Kata beach.

Cons:

This place was overrun with Russians. They came across as rude and abrupt with no respect to people and their surroundings. Such a shame for this hotel.

Un bilan globalement très satisfaisant
Pros:

Les locaux sont très accueillants. La piscine est magique, même s’il manque un peu de transats. Le personnel est comme souvent charmant et très attentif. le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Cons:

Certaines chambres ont une forte odeur d’humidité, malgré un changement, il restait quelques odeurs dans la chambre suivante. les sont très grands mais la literie un peu dure.

Helt ok hotell men for kostbart totalt sett.
Pros:

Super personale.

Cons:

Dårlig rengjøring av rommene, badet ble ikke rengjort på 18 døgn. Samme frokost alle dager uten variasjon. Små balkonger. Forholdsvis dyrt å spise i restaurant.

It caters for Russians rather than anyone else,pool area downstairs is in the shade most of the day so no benefit of pool access room, had a kitchenette with little hop but no pans to cook with. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

На вид современный отель, все новое, красивое. Удобные кровати

Cons:

Зараз сырости. Я читала об этом в других отзывах, но надеялась, что в январе не будет сырости. Она была и чувствовалась достаточно сильно.
Кухонные принадлежности. На фото есть кухня и ты ожидаешь, что сможешь как минимум приготовить себе завтрак. Но это не так. По просьбе приносят 1 сковороду и 1 кастрюлю. Но нету кухонного ножа, доски, моющего средства, губки для мытья посуды. В номере всего две плоские тарелки, 2 вилки. Этого очень мало.
Кондиционер. Работал в нашем номере шумно, особенно раздражала вентиляционная крышка, которая находится на потолку, она все время издавала шум, так как плохо прикреплена. Из-за этого нам приходилось отключать кондиционер и открывать окна, но все равно было жарко.
Ресторан. Один раз поужинали в ресторане при отеле. Было невкусно, не могу сказать, что было плохо. Скорее безвкусно. У подруги блюдо наоборот было очень остром, при заказе не не спросили остро делать или нет (во многих других заведениях персонал уточнял).

失望，不会再选择这家酒店

位置还不错，比较热闹，吃饭方便

Cons:

1.入住的三号楼，一进楼就能闻到很重的霉味，2楼的房间也是，完全散不掉，可能与三号楼周围一圈游泳池有关，体验感非常一般；
2.与前台沟通要调整一间房，前台说没有空房间了，为我们安排了深度清洁，但其实霉味并没有消散，态度很好，但没有解决问题…
3.三号楼阳面挨着旁边的酒店正在施工，工作日的白天就是施工的声音，楼间距太近了，在我看来，毫无隐私可言，在入住时也没有被告知旁边在施工。
