Amazing hotel
Pros:

Good morning
What can I say about this hotel/ apart hotel
It is absolutely spotless.
You will see the staff continually cleaning the hotel and surrounding outside areas.
The staff are always happy to help.
The pool area is just what you need when you are too hot in the sun ( initially when you get in it’s freezing but all good )
The breakfast needs to include some British breakfast eg egg beans although you will still find something you like.
The only downside for me was I had booked a triple room when we got here they said they have upgraded us when we got to the room it was a a double room with a French balcony. I had booked for a balcony where you can sit outside so was not happy.
The reception then said the only balcony’s are in the apart hotel but would cost us another £120 which we paid (not happy with that though to be honest) even though we are o my here for 6 days I was having my teeth done and wanted to spend a lot of my time in the room to recover
But all in all after paying we could not fault the room and was very happy with our stay .
We leave today at 17.00 hrs
We asked to keep the room on and the manager was very accommodating and instead of having to leave the room at 15-30
We get to keep it until our transport arrive. Yes there was a cost of 55 euro but hey ho we get to spend another beautiful day by their pool soaking up the rest of the sun rays.
The reception staff have to have a mention also they are amazing
We will Definitly be back to Citrus park 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ grom us

God placering, parkeringsmulighed
Pros:

Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme og placeringen var rigtig godt ift. stranden, som ligger på gåben. Børnevenligt ift elevator og store gange. Mange spisesteder i området

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the rooms we stayed in were to our satisfaction. We also liked the location of the hotel as it is very close (2-3 minute walking distance) to the beach and not too far from the airport. The breakfast was very nice and there was a decent variety of food. The dinner food was of very high quality and at a reasonable price. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly; Sabina especially helped us a lot. There is also a friendly dog that is kept by the hotel and we enjoyed its presence.

Отличное соотношение цена\качество в паре минут от моря. Хороший завтрак.
Pros:

Отель расположен в 3 минутах от общественного пляжа. Четырёхместный номер был просторным с собственным патио, но ниже уровня земли, потому вид на стену. В номерах было всё необходимое- чайник, чай, кофе, питьевую воду давали регулярно. В душе была горячая вода с хорошим напором.
На балконе была сушилка для белья, что очень удобно в пляжном отеле.
В отеле подают хороший завтрак, много видов сыра, варенья, варёные яйца, какая-то выпечка (менялась каждый день), помидоры, огурцы, фрукты, хлеб.
В 2 минутах магазин Бим.
Во время нашего пребывания поменли воду в бассейне, стало намного приятнее в нём плавать. Около бассейна есть лежаки как на солнце, так и в тени.
На ресепшене с утра можно взять пляжные полотенца.
Добирались до отеля на автобусе 400 из аэропорта. От автобусной остановки 15 минут до отеля.

Cons:

Четырёхместный номер чрезвычайно шумный из-за генератора. Прямо над нашим номером был расположен генератор, который очень громко и подолгу шумел, особенно в последнюю ночь- было абсолютно невозможно спать. А еще холодильник со стеклянной дверкой не самое лучшее решение - очень яркий свет горел всю ночь, завешивали полотенцем, но это не идеальное решение. В подвальном номере были комары.
Двухместный номер очень компактный. В двухместном номере тоже было шумно по вечерам из-за ночного клуба в соседнем здании.
Проблема с лифтом, если он приехал в подвал на -1 этаж и закрыл двери, то больше он двери не откроет, то есть приходилось подниматься по лестнице (это не проблема, если нет проблем с подвижностью).

I highly recommend it!
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the beach, and you can find everything you need during your stay. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The prices are reasonable, offering great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Average hotel but good location
Pros:

We liked the location as it was nearby to the beach and they also had a swimming pool , the breakfast was pretty average but tasted good , the mains were changed daily, couldn’t been better if they added some juices .

Cons:

Before booking the swimming pool pictures had a big slide but that slide is only for the hotel next door , we also didn’t like the fact that some of the staff had a bit of attitude , the only good staff was the man with the glasses I don’t know his name but he’s in his 40s has no hair . Room service was also okay , sometimes they didn’t clean our rooms and we had to tell them our self , the toilet doesn’t have any mops or floor mats so the floor gets dirty easily with mud if you wear slippers inside .

Спасибо за гостеприимство! Очень доброжелательный персонал. Отель чистый, ухоженный в 3 минутах от пляжа. Завтраки all inclusive разнообразные и вкусные. Несмотря на то что я забронировала стандарт номер, мне при заселении повысили категорию номера ( с видом на а море) без доплаты. Очень приятны такие комплименты ! Соответствие цены и качества 👍🏼
