Terrible experience.
Pros:

Cons:

everything, it was basically a building site. No bed linen on beds, fittings and fixtures poor. Swimming pool disgusting and no access to the area for sun bathing. So bad I had to check out the following morning and got charged for two nights when I only stayed one.

They did offer alternative rooms but the experience by then was so bad we had to check out. When ask for a refund they said they would fine me for not staying for the time I booked.

Pros:

Checking, checkout was smooth, nice clean rooms, good location

Cons:

We felt we are doing a favor to ourselves staying there rather than feeling warm as a guest. Hospitality was a bit dry..

Очень хорошее расположение отеля на первой линии, на набережной Коньялты. Много кафе, магазинов. Не только замена полотенец, но и уборка в номере каждый день, персонал вежливый и приветливый, очень вкусные завтраки и кофе с молоком. Не могу понять откуда плохие отзывы, сервис и чистота не хуже чем в пятизвездном отеле. Буду в Анталии, непременно выберу этот отель! Далее отзыв от моей дочки. На ресепшене очень хорошая девушка турчанка, очень добрая и приветливая. Сегодня дала мне ручку. Рядом с отелем есть кафе, точно название не помню, но последнее слово dünyası, çök lezzetli vaffle ve yemek. Нам очень понравилось, teşekkür ederim❤️

Единственное что понравилось - горячий душ со стабильной температурой воды
Персонал приветливый

Cons:

Не было времени разбираться, бронировала отель быстро, фото комнат не соответствуют действительности, по факту, отель очень старый и раздолбанный, наволочки в катушках, розетки вырваны, фен грязный, не работает
Одеяло нашли только одно, односпальное, до ресепшена не дозвониться вечером, отдала одеяло ребенку, сама спала под покрывалом, было холодно
На телевизоре только единственный канал - с турецкими новостями

Pros:

Hotel has an excellent location, just a very short walk from the beach. The breakfast was simple and modest, but it did the job. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the hotel’s excellent location and good price are its strongest advantage.

Cons:

Our stay in March had one downside: the pool was closed, and we had not been informed about this in advance. As guests from a northern country, we were really hoping to use it.

Amazing adress, do not hesitate to book
Pros:

The location is 50 m walk from the konyaalti beach, the best beach in Antalya
Staff are welcoming, helpful
They upgraded our room for free to a later sea view which was very nice
The room was warm, clean, spacious, had everything we needed
The breakfast is a large selection of food and everything was super delicious
Price/quality of this hotel is very good: no other accommodation around offers much service for this price
I highly recommend it
The restaurant of the hotel offers good food for reasonable prices, I loved everything we ate there for dinner

Cons:

Not a complaint but a few remarks:
- reception is in the next building, it was somehow non practical with the rain and luggage
- people smoke indoors which is not cool, sometimes we wanted to sit and relax but had to cancel because of smoke
