People lovely hotel ok..not walking distance to anywhere really..which we wanted ..So disappointing

Cons:

The breakfast is atrocious..Im a foreigner and the only thing there each day was a bowlful of french fries obviously cooked at 5.30 am before 6pm opening and when i got there at 7.0am they were fit only to be thrown away and pls someone tell them its not like rice we dont eat fries for breakfast...Maybe if your vietnamese the breakfast was OK but many foreigners there all hated it

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich und gut.

Cons:

Swimmingpool. Kein Schatten, keine Badetücher, obwohl versprochen, aber nicht vorhanden. Keine Duschen. Nach der Frage nach Duschen kam die Antwort, in den Toiletten. Aber auch dort waren keine Duschen. Top Roof Bar: nur 2 kühle Bier und 2 ungekühlte Biers. Kein Wein, keine Cocktails.

Pros:

It was handy to be close to the airport as we had an early flight. The location to the dragon bridge and night markets were super close also.

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small and the door kept closing on me while I brushed my teeth. The shower head was loose and spraying all over the place, we ended up tightening it. The walls were very thin and could hear the people in the next room chatting and the tv on quite loud.

Cons:

Aucune isolation phonique... on entend les scooters passer à fond à 2 heures du matin... on entend les voisins qui discutent dans leurs chambres.
On a très mal dormi à cause du bruit
Un seul interrupteur pour la lumière au niveau de la porte d'entrée

Pros:

The stuff was generally kind and nice, helped with booking the trip. The location is very good.

Cons:

Educate your stuff not to bother the customer several times with updating the card. Card was up to date, there was also enough balance in VND and able to be pulled from, but the stuff still kept contacting me. If you have technical problem on your side, just wait until the customer arrives and pays by card.

Also the other guests were noisy and going between rooms like in the village and speaking loud until the night.

The Room level was booked High floor, but got just the low floor.

Brilliant staff. High quality service
Pros:

The location requires taxi rides to go to most places but Taxis are really cheap. The breakfast is good although repetitive. Cereal choices are Rice Crispies only. Plenty of hot food to suit far eastern appetites.

Cons:

Dining room is very busy causing a shortage of tables. Best get there early.
Brilliant staff. New towels & room/bed tidied every day
