Amazing staff & beatiful hotel in great location
Pros:

Burak was amazing & made sure I was taken care of. As a solo female traveler visiting Turkey for the first time from the U.S. he answered all of my many questions & I felt very safe at this hotel. Burak & the entire staff assisted me with everything from walking me to the pharmacy (twice!) to get prescriptions & supplies to helping me with the internet so I could attend zoom meetings at home. He was very knowledgeable about the culture & history of Turkey. He taught me a little Turkish & actually came to my room when I requested & assisted me in zipping up my luggage as I was having difficulty bending due to surgery. The entire staff at Hotel Bosphora Plus was amazing!

Cons:

Not a single negative - not a ‘touristy’ area, location is close to subway & everything you need within walking distance. Felt I got more of an authentic experience & was able to mix with locals at the neighborhood pharmacy, park, cafe’s & nearby restaurants.

Room cleanliness, very friendly and smiley stuff, especially Burak ftom reception and Emirhan ftom restaurant.

Cons:

Generally, it's not value to money. Location is also very bad as the hotel is on top of Ramp Street, so Walking is not a good option.

- الشرفه ( البلكونه صغيره مره ما تقدر توقف فيها)
- الافطار قليل ومحدود
- تنظيف الغرف ينتهي الساعه 3 العصر
- النظافه سيئه

What an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but what truly made our experience outstanding was the excellent service from Burak and Hassan.

They were both extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help – nothing was ever too much trouble. Their warm hospitality made everything feel smooth and relaxed.

We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. A big thank to Burak and Hassan for their outstanding service! 👏
