Very clean and nicely run
We walked to the beach, and we also took advantage of the public spaces and made smores at a firepit onsite. So fun!
Close to major areas in Lincoln city
Walls are a bit thin, could hear noisy kids outside occasionally
The s'mores kit and the amenities cabin are so great!
Very family and pet friendly. Lots of free amenities like laundry facilities including detergent, game room, picnic tables, mini golf, smores, fire pits, dvd library, etc. Food at the cafe was excellent and a nice selection of beverages. Super friendly and attentive staff. Historical buildings with lots of charm and warmth. Love the decor. Great communication about hotel details. Very good value. Extra blankets, towels and toiletries always available in hallway cupboards.
The rooms do not have air conditioning. I wish they did so I could stay there during the summer. The mattress in my room was not comfortable; a bit saggy.
Charming courtyard and firepit
The outdoor firepit was charming.
The smoke alarm went off at midnight for no reason. They did replace it the next day. The shower water only got warm, not pleasant at all!!
This Inn Resort really isn’t for everyone but thankfully we only booked for one night so we didn’t have to go through this awful experience. The outdoors and theming was nice and cute and the smores amenities was fun but everything was just old and run down. Spiders everywhere and in the corners of the rooms there are visible holes and spider webs. For being two rooms everything was so cramped and the restroom was by far the worst of it, myself and another family member couldn’t even fit inside the shower. But we don’t even think our room was cleaned before our stay, on top of what I mentioned before, crumps on the couch pullout and under the couch, toys left behind by other families, stains on our bed sheets, I mean absolutely zero effort to at least have the room cleaned before our stay. But yeah absolutely not the best experience.
It look unique from the street....then all down hill from there.
We booked because they advertised a room with a kitchenette. NO kitchenette, NO cooking of any kind, not allowed. They "knowingly" (from the horses mouth) falsified they had a kitchenette. We cancelled, use caution.
This hotel has all of the right amenities and I absolutely love the vintage vibe but the room and building it self needs a deep clean and detailed touch up. We came during down time and paid $125 for a queen room. I can't imagine paying any more than that.
We liked the amenities, the location and the vintage vibe. The courtyard was fabulous, the ship was sensational.
We didnt like that we had to download an app to our phones then struggle holding several bags to try and get the door to connect with our bluetooth. Had we arrived later after the office closed, it would have been worse. The hotel is old which we actually enjoyed however, it could benefit from a deep clean. The walls are thin, we could hear our neighbors clearly but the hotel did provide ear plugs.
Exceptionally nice place to stay. Very clean, abundant supplies, outdoor spaces, fun.
