Pros:

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They were happy to arrange my ongoing travel, including connecting taxis. The room was very spacious, bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Just two blocks from the beach, the hotel is on the edge of the busy tourist strip, walk one more block inland to get away from the hoards of tourists and western junk food and find some great authentic and affordable meals. At the end of the hotel's laneway is the best Banh Mi I've found in Vietnam. Get up at 5am and enjoy a sunrise swim with the locals, who vanish once the sun gets high in the sky, leaving the beach to the (mostly) Rissians, intent on getting sunburnt. Really great value for money and a great place to stay.

Excellent location. The room was clean and had good facilities.

Cons:

The hot water wasn't very warm and the thermostat on the AC didn't work. The steps leading up to the entrance were very steep and had no handrail.

Pros:

I love the location, very near the beach and mall plus there are affordable cafes and eatery right outside the hotel. They are very responsive with our needs as well and really appreciate the free housekeeping service to make our stay clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The bedsheets were kinda' sandy and there is only 1 charging port. It's convenient if you have multiple gadgets to charge. Air-con is kinda' old so there are times we need to figure out how to make it work. Aside from that, everything is fine and we're satisfied.
