Está muy cómodas las camas y muy limpias, y también está cerca de la laguna, puedes bajar caminando a la laguna,
Lo que no me gustó es que hay muchas calles de, one way , y si no conoces el lugar cuando te das cuenta ya vas en sentido contrario, pero todo lo demás muy bien

위치도 중심가에 편의 시설들이 모두 있어서 편했다. 시설도 깨끗하고, 스텝들도 친절해서 오래 머물고 싶다는 생각이 들었다
공용 공간에 커피, 생수, 전기 포트 등이 있는데 관리가 제대로 되지 않아 이용이 어려워 아쉬웠다
La ubicación es maravillosa, justo a unas cuadras de la laguna.
Las camas fueron cómodas.
La habitación estuvo limpia.
Tenía una terraza para uso común de huéspedes, una área con cafetera y microondas.
Dentro de la habitación había cafetera también y un frigobar.
Incluye acceso a un club de playa (A&B a parte).
Te permiten resguardar tus maletas a la llegada y salida si lo necesitas.
La dimensión de la habitación es menor a como se aprecia en las fotos.
Los trastes de la cocineta común estaban algo sucios y descuidados.
El club de playa está a las afueras del pueblo, así que debes tomar taxi o llevar coche y no permite ingresar con alimentos ni bebidas (solamente agua).
Detalles en el lavabo de nuestra habitación (algo oxidada la llave).
La ubicación, habitación cómodas, limpio, excelente atención y ayuda por parte de los chicos de recepción.
Nos faltó un frigo en la habitación
La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda para descansar, su club de playa esta espectacular 👌
Intenté contactar al hotel semanas antes de mi llegada por algunas dudas que tenía y no me respondieron, se comunicaron conmigo hasta unas horas antes de mi llegada. Creo que podrían mejorar en ello.

On a trouvé une place pour se garer juste devant, sinon il aurait fallu chercher.
Les chambres sont les plus petites de tout ce séjour, impossible d y rester si ce n’est pour se coucher. Mais pour une nuit c’est suffisant. L hôtel dispose certainement de chambres plus grandes…nous n’avons pu avoir que celle-ci.

Very clean
This was a great home base for us while we explored the Magic Town of Bacalar. Close to everything we needed- we could walk to the bank, grocery store, taxi stand, and the local fruteria. And having a mini-fridge was great, so we didn't have to eat out all the time. It was nice to have a coffee maker in the room, and any time we needed drinking water or extra dishes, we could wander down the hall to the little bar and find whatever we needed. It even had a microwave.

1. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and the room is SUPER small for 4. You can hardly move inside, let alone place bags for 3 weeks holiday
2. We were given room number 9: across the entrance so quite some noise of people entering the hallway in the evening.
3. The room was next to the terrace of a restaurant playing loud music from 8AM to 11PM
4. There were black hairs everywhere on the floor, toilet and shower
5. Mold in the sink
6. The rooms have 1 big window on the corridor (which is very strange, especially since the curtains don’t full close) and a small window on the outer wall
7. No private parking, you have to park on the street
8. Lock wasn’t very solid
9. No fridge or safe in the room
—> we had booked for 3 nights and left after the 1st night. We found a hotel with 3x more space, swimming pool, fully equiped kitchen around the corner for the same price!
La ubicación es la mejor! Enfrente del parque principal y todo queda caminando.
El baño no tiene nada de ventilación más que una mini ventana que da hacia el pasillo pero el pasillo es cerrado. Los olores del baño se quedan totalmente ahí.
Nothing to be honest
It’s not a boutique hotel… the room was dusty and the lights were awful.
