Pros:

Super nice experience❤️ l could read in some reviews ppl had negative meanings, but l had a truly lovely overnight.
A great madras is imported to me, and it was very comfortable. The room was clean, everything was fine

Hermoso hotel para descansar y conocer la zona
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor. Esta al frente de la plaza. Toda la vida turistica de bacalar se desarrolla en un radio de 1 cuadra alrededor de ella y sobre la costanera por lo que en caso de no contar con movilidad es una de las mejores opciones.

Cons:

Al lado hay un barcito que suele poner musica fuerte y molesta para descansar a la noche

A beautiful stay. A little homy and rustic. Lots of nice perks.
Pros:

How sweet to see the gorgeous town square every morning and evening while sipping coffee. The location is absolutely perfect. A short walk to the public beach, lots of amazing restaurants, and so cozy. We loved the bottles of water provided and the refill station on the patio upstairs. The rooms were well decorated and we always had a hot shower.

Included with the stay, we were given daily entrance to the Mayan Beach Laguna club! Such a nice time to lay out in the sun and enjoy the beautiful property.

All the staff were so kind and helpful.

Cons:

The birds, restaurants, and city landscapers all start making noise at 6:30 am, and it is quite loud. I’m a heavy sleeper but it still woke me up every day. I didn’t mind too much and was able to get back to sleep.

The beds are quite small. I am 5’8” and my feet went over the edge. Our friend who is over six feet tall didn’t fit well. My husband and I ended up in separate beds even though the beds are supposed to be double. There wasn’t enough room for two tall people.

The back stairwell to our room was unlit and had a lot of clutter and storage items. We ended up just usually walking the long way around in the front.

But overall we would happily stay again.

Not worth the price
Pros:

A centrally located Hotel, the Deluxe Apartment is large and has comfortable beds.

Cons:

The apartment is advertised with a patio and an inner courtyard view. Well, the patio turned out to be the entrance to the apartment and the inner courtyard is a walkway and a parking lot for the neighbors scooters. Behind a metal gated entrance, right at the patio, are two pitbulls which barked at us each time we left or returned to the apartment. Imagine yourself sitting on the patio looking at scooters and barking pitbulls!

The apartment itself is dark and poorly equipped. The bathroom did not have soap and shampoo. Room service delivered it after two days. The kitchenette is equipped with the most basic stuff. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and the lighting in the living room and kitchen was too bright though very unpleasant to spend time in. This apartment is definitely not worth the price!

Muy buena experiencia, me volvería a hospedar
Pros:

El hotel me gustó mucho, buenas y cómodas instalaciones, aunque no está en la habitación tiene una terraza increíble con vista al parque del centro histórico y con vista parcial a la laguna, ubicación en el centro histórico, muy buena atención del personal del hotel.

Cons:

La habitación, sobre todo en la zona de las camas, esta algo reducido el espacio, y el piso de la regadera del baño estaba muy resbalosa.
