Just wanted to share my experience with this hotel.
We were booked to go from the 6th to 8th March. My husbands had a death in the family due to which we could not travel. I also explained I did not have the death certificate but would get it in a day and send it to them.
I called the hotel and spoke to their manager Mr Neeraj, who blatantly lied to me and told me that since mine was a non refundable booking through GIBIBO, he could not help me, Had I booked directly he would have surely helped me.
I then called GOIBIBO who were actually very helpful and whilst keeping me on hold called the hotel.
They spoke to a MR ASLAM and Mr Neeraj and were told the hotel will revert,
Post that I tried calling the hotel many times to speak to MR Nerraj to request just for CREDIT for 2 months, owing to the circumstance, NOT A REFUND.
However, Mr Neeraj was ALWAYS at lunch! Seems like at this htel lunch time can extend upto 4 hours!
I then tried reaching Mr Neeraj many times in his mobile, but he knew my number after our first call, and never picked up.
I tried calling him the next day 0n the 7th as wseel, same story never picked up, and if i called hotel, after being told hold on to connect to him, was told, hasnt still come in the morning, and is at lunch even at 3.30PM!
At 3.30pm, When I spoke to a MR MAYANK, I told him, being in the hospitality industry, this was no way to treat customers. As though they are beggers.
I also informed him that I would be sharing my absolutely awful experience on social media.
I am from the industry, done my hotel management and worked at TAJ

Rooms are comfortable and perfect for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide variety and great taste.
Overall, a great value for money and highly recommended for anyone visiting Khajuraho. 👍
