Great location and comfortable room.
Pros:

We loved the size of the room. Hands down, the largest room we had while traveling in Japan. There was plenty of space for a family of four to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and the dryer feature in the shower room.

Cons:

Just a minor inconvenience, the toilet room does not have a sink for hand washing. You have to walk across the room to wash your hands. We used our travel bottle of sanitizer in the toilet room. Also, the motion light in the entryway was too sensitive and went on in the middle of the night.

그다지 좋았던 점은 별로 없었음.

Cons:

화장실이 급해서 17분 빨리 체크인 요청 했으나, 거부 당함(정말 응급 상황임에도 사정 봐 주지 않음)
욕조 시설 너무 좁고, 드라이기 머리 말리려면, 무릎을 꾸부려야 가능함.

위치가 하카타역에서 한번에 가기가 어중간했지만 시설이나 조용한건 좋았다

간판이 작아서 찾기어려움과 약도가 사실과 조금 달라서 앞 호텔에 물어서 찾아감
