Хороший отель, приветливый персонал
Pros:

Как и ожидалось предоставили большой номер, чисто, удобная постель, максимально приветливый персонал. Парковка для авто конечно же плюс даже за дополнительную плату.

Cons:

Не очень понимаем стеклянные двери в ванную комнату в семейном номере. Немного шумно от автодороги.

Perfect for a stop over in San Sebastián, would recommend it.
Pros:

Location was good. 15 or 20 min pleasant ans safe walk from the centre, not an issue even with a 6 year old who doesn't like walking too far!

Habitación carísima para lo que ofrece. Conquistada por un batallón de hormigas. Imposible dormir sin blinders o sin persianas. Un espacio reconvertido en habitación, sólo pensando en el rendimiento económico. Una pena.

Séjour San Sebastian
Pros:

L’emplacement légèrement à l’écart du centre pour éviter les bruits comme dans toute grande ville tout en état proche de la plage.
L’accueil et le service parfait
La chambre spacieuse et la literie confortable
Un très bon séjour

Cons:

Nous aurions préféré un petit déjeuner buffet mais il était très bien.
La climatisation un peu bruyante.

Great location in Gros, very close to old city and beaches (walking distance). Superfriendly and welcoming staff at the hotel, proactively providing v good tips on where to go, restaurants etc. Made our stay perfect! Also good parking

Un bel hotel rénové avec goût et un personnel très accueillant mais vraiment cher pour la prestation globale.
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique. Accueillants et de bons conseils.

Cons:

Malheureusement, malgré un bon vitrage, l’hôtel est à côté d’une voie ferrée, avec le passage de quelques trains bruyants.
De plus, notre chambre ne donnait pas sur un jardin comme annoncer mais une toute petite cour avec du vis à vis.
Le petit déjeuner nous a également déçu car très cher pour des quantités franchement petites.

pas grand chose, que des mauvaises surprises sauf le petit dejeuner qui était de qualité (à la hauteur du prix)

Cons:

Bar / cuisine, restaurant en sous sol, Pas de lumiere naturelle, Mauvaise odeur de graillon du matin au soir.
Chambre sans ouverture de fenêtre avec une mauvaise odeur chimique de produit de nettoyage.
Emplacement bruyant, entre une rue très passante d'un coté, et les voies ferrées de l'autre.
Le tout très décevant pour un hotel à +300€ la nuit + 10€ de parking.
