Pros:

Établissement, super bien placé, idéal pour une famille et en plus ils acceptent les chiens donc c’est un très gros plus, la dame qui s’est occupé de l’accueil a été géniale et nous avons même pris le petit déjeuner dans l’établissement qui était très bon

The rooms (at least two we booked) are small, but I don't think this is an issue, as I don't think anyone wants to spend time in rooms in San Sebastian.

Pros:

Tan sólo estuvimos una noche. El hotel es acogedor y con buena ubicación. La habitación en el piso 3 era amplia y cómoda.
El parking aceptable para coches grandes. Personal muy ambable.
Del resto no puedo decir mucho, ya que, nos fuimos pronto.
Recomendable para ir con niños.

Cons:

Que la habitación daba a las vías del tren. Aunque está bien insonorizada, cada vez que pasaba el tren se notaba.

Good balance of price and position for San Sebastian
Pros:

The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable. Tea and coffee is available with a kettle in the room. Parking is a must and fairly priced, though not free.

Cons:

Having stopped for the week, clothes storage is tight and is an open shelved unit. The glass wall for the bathroom looks great but does not stop sound or light from invading the bedroom space.
