Saikot was fantastic at front desk, very attentive and welcoming! Great location and amenities everything you need - would come again :)
I stayed at the Gate Hotel for 18 months with my cat and can honestly say it was my favourite place in London. The hotel is modern, stylish and impeccably clean, but what really sets it apart is how safe and welcoming it feels. As a woman living alone, this mattered enormously to me. Being pet-friendly was the perfect bonus – my cat was treated with the same care as the guests.
Over the months I got to know the team well. The housekeepers are consistently polite, lovely and do an excellent, reliable job every day. The maintenance team are friendly and extremely responsive – any issues were dealt with quickly and cheerfully.
The real stars, though, are the Front of House team. They are engaging, warm and nothing is ever too much trouble. Living on my own, I often stopped by just for a chat and they never disappointed. Special mention to Rupok, the FOH Manager, who went above and beyond time after time, and to Keerthy, the General Manager, who has a wonderful eye for detail and a kind heart. The thoughtful gifts and flowers he gave me on special occasions (and during tougher periods) were incredibly touching and never forgotten. I also want to thank Renata and Anastasia – two of the most helpful people I’ve met. We’ve become genuine lifelong friends outside the hotel as well.
Thank you to every single member of the Gate Hotel team for making my 18 months so comfortable and happy. I will miss you all.

Fijn hotel, goede bedden. Ook fijn dat er een koelkast e.d. is. Het ontbijt was heel goed, veel keuze en het werd goed bijgevuld.
Het personeel is heel vriendelijk.
We verbleven 4 nachten en na 2 dagen kregen we weer schone handdoeken. Ook kregen we een wereldstekker te leen.
Ik miste een plankje/kastje naast het bed.
Verder zaten we in een kamer met een verbindingsdeur naar een andere kamer. Hierdoor was het gehorig.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They provided everything we needed for one week. Saikot was most helpful and made us feel at home.

Lovely staff, great location near tube station and shops. The room had everything we needed including a fridge oven and sink. This is our 2nd stay and was able to get a high floor which was appreciated
Breakfast options were mostly continental and you helped yourself, knowing how to work the juicer and drink pad i needed help

Expensive for a very small room!
This was my second stay at The Gate London, this time for business, and I can highly recommend it.
The rooms are clean, practical, and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, the gym is very good, and the breakfast is excellent.
I would especially like to mention Augustine from the breakfast team. He is extremely friendly, always welcoming, and I was happy that he remembered me from my first stay. His personal touch made the experience even better.
I look forward to staying here again.
