great staff nice clean room
nothing
I simply Love The Gate!
It’s the second time I spend my holidays here when in London. I love the position , the staff at the reception is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is cozy and the view amazing. I will definitely stay here next time again!!
Just some issues with the tv. The signal comes and goes … nothing major but it’s annoying.
Nice new hotel close to the tube station and Brick Lane. Great view from the rooms on the highest floors.
Rooms with comfortable beds and small kitchen. We especially appreciated the terrace on the 5th floor, where it was possible to relax and get some air during the heat wave here at the end of May.
Good service both at checkin and checkout. Possibility to store luggage.
We will definitely return another time.
Nice cleans good
Location
Lifts are very slow and also no pool
Second time using this place. Location is my primary concern, and it's great for that. But it's also comfortable and smart.
I particularly like it for a stay of more than a night, as you get a bit more room than you'd find in other similarly priced places.
Not much really, breakfast is a bit boring, but as there are any number of superb places a short walk from the hotel it's not a huge concern.
The hotel was very clean, very modern and sleek. I beautiful place for the price. The added bonus being there was communal balcony and views of the city were brilliant, definitely worth the extra cost.
The staff - the experience we had with staff at the hotel made us feel like we didn't belong at the hotel. The staff came across as rude, agitated and just felt ignorant. Dealing with a majority of the hotel staff soured the experience. I've never been to a hotel where the staff come across as blunt. It just felt as if we were burden, not paying guests. I don't know if it was because we were an interracial couple or what it was. But it just felt like we were being looked down upon. We experienced only 1 member of staff during our stay that made us feel welcome and that was night shift receptionist who served us drinks. Thank you to him being the highlight from a staff perspective. Overall disappointing experience and really shows how much the staff has an impact on your experience. The building and rooms can look beautiful, but the staff is what makes it welcoming.
Another major issue was the fact there was not a real breakfast. It was strictly European style. Bit of a surprise when you think the hotels based in London! We expected there to be at least beans and eggs and bacon. But no, purely European style breakfast. So if you're not a fan of European style foods, then I don't recommend purchasing the breakfast.
All sctually. Seems new, great location, great stuff and completely easy, fast, digital check-in. Everuthing neede in room, even small details that usually are missed. Clean. Realy, liked everuthing and such experience i have not had in a long time. Thank you!
Gera rami vieta netoli centro ir greta metro sustojimo. Pusryčių neužsisakėme todėl negaliu vertinti.

Stylisches Ambiente, gute Lage, nettes Frühstück. Tolle Zimmer, freundliches Personal.
The location was perfect, close to the underground station.
Floor was slightly dirty, and the TVs in both rooms didn’t work during our stay which was unfortunate.
