Not satisfied, not good use for money spent
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

Very badly managed . Could not check in for 2 hours because of some system issue. Called owner of the apartment dozens of times , no answer . Very inconvenient after a long flight. Rooms were very cleaned either . Toilet cap should be replaced

Fast Georgia visit before new years eve

Nice aparthotel on the 36th floor. Unfortunately everything is tiled on the floor so it is a bit cold.

lovely hotel in New Boulevard
Pros:

i stay a lot hotels by Orbi Hotels and this one is my favorite Hotel in Batumi.
near hotel you can find big shopping mall and what is most important you are in first line from the sea and new Boulevard

Very good
Pros:

Friendly staff and most everything in the room was brand new. Location was just off the edge of the busy part of Batumi but we found plenty to do in our area. Close to the airport.

Cons:

Hotel was still under construction and a couple of hiccups with the power not being turned on in the room, confusing remote for A/C, very poor signage outside. No hotel name. Only the #57 spray painted on an exterior construction plywood wall.
