Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro.

The accommodation was very pleasant, the place was clean and comfortable, and the reception was warm and welcoming.

I would also like to commend you for providing a bidet shower in the bathroom, which many places do not offer. Its absence can be an issue for a segment of guests, myself included, so I truly appreciated its availability.

Cons:

If I may offer one small observation, it concerns the shelf located above the bed; I bumped my head on it several times during my stay.

A bizzare, possibly illegal setup said to be a hotel - avoid at all costs.
If you’re looking for a warm welcome or a sense of comfort during your stay, this is not the place. The place looks worse than the photos shown on the advertisement.

From the outside , I couldn’t even tell that it was the ‘hotel’. No signs, no logos, zero indications that I had arrived. When I eventually figured out where the entrance was and came inside, there was no visible staff aside from a woman who appeared from one of the rooms and she seemed to be running the operation solo.

My biggest issue with the place was customer service. She was rude, unprofessional . All transactions were handled in the corridor. For the room, I wasn’t expecting a luxurious, fancy space, but I was definitely expecting something better for the price… She acted as if I was bothering her by expecting the bare minimum for a hotel. The bed sheets weren’t even ironed - it looked like they were thrown onto the bed. It gave me the impression of pure carelessness.On top of that, I was forced to pay for extra charges that were not necessary such as towels and etc..you would be schoked to believe that I paid close to €800 for 3 nights, just because it was a busy weekend.

The facility looked more like a prison , psych ward…instead of making me feel secure, it just made me feel uncomfortable.

From the start, something just felt off ; that feeling never went away…
