The room was clean and spacious, we only stayed 1 night, but the bed was very comfortable, and the young man on the night shift front desk was very friendly and helpful.
we paid to have the breakfast which was excellent, in choice and value.

Needs a little TLC
Excellent hotel we have stayed here many times and it is always excellent with great staff and very comfortable accommodation and an added bonus is the restaurant adjacent the food went a bit downhill last year but it has now improved we will definitely book again when we are next in the area.

Dirty run down, restaurant poor couldn’t cook scrambled eggs without a microwave.
Where the location was
Finding the room of tobacco smells, and the smoke detector was missing??? but we were moved to another room.
Rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for out needs! Really reasonably priced, too!

Added bonus of a 20% discount for guests when buying food in the pub...and the food was really good!

The room however in this weather, aircon would be a bonus.
Staff are too busy. Had to ring to have someone come to the recption. As there was a queue of us waiting to check in and still it took agaes for someone to come.
Good location, large room, breakfast excellent, pub next door a bonus and staff excellent and friendly.
Only complaint, I think it’s overpriced.
