Pros:

The location was perfect for our needs, the restaurant being close by was so easy to use for dinner and breakfast as we could order what we wanted. We even had the option to have it brought to our room, but we are social people and enjoyed a good varied menu with others in the building. Staff in the restaurant were also friendly.

Cons:

The beds in our room were too hard for us, and therefore we didnt sleep too well. Not really the hotels fault, just that we are getting older and our hips hurt on hard beds. we have vowed to carry around a mattress topper for future stays in any hotel....except of course the other hotel chain which does have hypnos beds which are super comfy, however, they tend to be more expensive to stay for one night.

Was in a ground floor room and it sounded like someone was herding camels upstairs so not a good night's sleep sadly

It was short notice and it was just what I needed
Pros:

Clean rooms and comfortable bed, in the moring there was more than enough food for breakfast and it comes with a smile and friendly staff

Cons:

Nothing stood out as a negative
