It was short notice and it was just what I needed
Pros:

Clean rooms and comfortable bed, in the moring there was more than enough food for breakfast and it comes with a smile and friendly staff

Cons:

Nothing stood out as a negative

Pleasant but could have been better

Cons:

It’s tired and run down - needs money spending on it. Beds were very uncomfortable and they had been sprayed with something which smelt terrible, lingered in the room and made us smell like that

Unfortunately disappointing first impressions

It was a good room in a good location
Good breakfast
The staff in the morning (breakfast and check out) were nice

Cons:

We had to wait about 15 minutes to check in because nobody was around (rang the bell several times).
There was a big spider in the room which thankfully my wife dealt with but based on the spiderwebs in the corner it's doubtful that it managed to move in between housekeeping and us arriving.

Great value, friendly helpful staff clean & comfortable

Great location..my daughter lives 5 miles away. Staff were informative & very friendly.
Our room was clean & comfortable. We both enjoyed our cooked breakfast. Would recommend. Thank you. 😊

Staff were nice, room was bareable except the eggy lingering drain smell
Pros:

Good location and the restaurant was nice. Good food quality.

Cons:

There was a horrible smell the entire time we stayed which i assume was the drains. Mentioned it to three members of staff and no one did anything or offer a different room.
