Pros:

Friendly Staff.

Cons:

Toilets in restaurant area were in a poor condition. Cracked wc. The hotel has been allowed to deteriorate in the last few years.
No aircon.

Nice location 20 mins from the city centre, liked the American motel feel to the rooms and the adjacent pub has a nice big garden

Booked as an alternative to our usual stay, nothing dreadful but just tired looking, wouldn’t book again

The only thing is no Aircon which I am glad we are not there this week but the receptionist gave us a large fan which really helped

Cheep room, poor service AVOID...
Pros:

Room was clean and bed was comfy

Cons:

Took 15 mins for someone to turn up at reception when booking in.
Bar closed 30mins early to what it said online open close times.
Checked out at 9am, asked at reception if we had to book a breakfast or just walk over, she said we could walk in, packed car then went to bar for some food waited again 5 mins for someone to show up and they said they stopped serving breakfast at 9am!!
That is crazy even mcdonalds is at least 11am!!!
Also they have signal blocker in rooms so you cannot use your phones!!!

Nice Cheep room, dont expect ANYTHING els.

The bowman’s was very handy for visiting places
Pros:

The staff were excellent very helpful and nothing was too much bother ….. the room was very clean

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable very hard
