Staying at the Hotel Old Town was excellent to anyone visiting Timisoara.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The breakfast was good. The hospitality of the staff very good.

Cons:

The only downside was the hotel was located in a pedestrianization area of the city (which was great) however, the inability to get a taxi to pick you up in front of the hotel or drop you off without having to walk a fair distance to a taxi stand especially, with luggage was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Old Town Hotel Timișoara and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the historic center, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés.
The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with attention to detail that made the stay feel extra pleasant. The bed was cozy, and everything was well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment after a day of exploring.
One of the highlights was the friendly and professional staff. They were always helpful, welcoming, and ready to assist with any questions or recommendations, which really enhanced the overall experience.
Breakfast was also a great addition, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day.
Overall, Old Town Hotel combines excellent location, comfort, and great service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Timișoara!

Amazing location!
Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing as walking distance from many spots (I love walking). I'd recommend this place.

Personal atent, înțelegător, mi-au permis să fac check in mai târziu fără să plătesc nimic pentru că mă simțeam rău, camera și baia spațioase, curate,dotate cu tot ceea ce ai nevoie

Cons:

Puțin cam multă gălăgie de afară noaptea, iar camera mult prea călduroasă să poți dormi fără geam deschis.
Ar fi mai comod la baie sa existe o cabina de dus decât o cada

Great location and a decent hotel for the cost.
Pros:

Exceptionally well located in the old town. Great coffee shop below and close to some great restaurants.

Cons:

Rooms could do with a bit of a freshen up. Would be great to get two pillows per person on the bed.
