It would have been nice to see a member of staff at some point!
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and clean, and there was a good walk in shower

Cons:

The coded entry system was adequate, however once in my room I was concerned about the security as I couldn't double lock the door from the inside.
It was a hot day and night, and even with the window open and the fan going it remained very hot inside the room.

Pros:

Room was very nice. Bathroom nicer. Only issue is, it is right on a busy Main Street with a lot of noise late at night. Not the hotel’s fault, I suppose.

Comfy hotel close to restaurants and pubs but very quiet
Pros:

Comfortable room close to carpark. Complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise.
Very quiet.
Nice big shower.

Cons:

Slippy shower- need a shower mat or a grab rail.
Confusing message about pre check in.

Pros:

Clean tidy comfortable as always. Stayed here few times with work staying again in the future

Cons:

Road noise at night is bad if you are a light sleeper, not sure what with people in Boston but they have the world's loudest cars.
Mood lights didn't work in my room 😪

Fast food outlet not a great neighbour..
Pros:

Smooth check in

Communal areas and room were clean and functional

Comfy bed, good shower and easy to come and go with access pin.

NCP car park just a few mins walk away (St Georges Road) and everything Boston has to offer close at hand.

Cons:

The room was quite warm and couldn't get cooling system to work - had to open the window but right outside was a very noisy, large extraction fan from one of the food outlets - didn't switch off until well after 2am! Not hotels fault but need to get cooling fixed as with window shut noise was more bearable

Sadly this spoilt the experience of an otherwise acceptable stay, slept really badly and fan was switched back on again around 9am

Pros:

Great selection of continental breakfast

Cons:

We stayed in room 11 it was a lovely room but extremely hot due to being on the top floor
A fan was provided which helped but maybe consider an air cooler or air con being fitted in the top rooms

Room clean good facilaties

Cons:

No parking on site when i had asked for parking. We had to pay extra for this.
An email sent the day before listing rules no swearing or playing loud music as its in a residential area however we were in a middle of a town

No sign of staff
The room was too hot
